24.06 I think I will dial to find out when I can pick up the docks for departure, Maxim's number was not available, it was not online since 15.06, I just typed the address into the search engine, dialed, answered from another agency (they sit at the same address in the same vestibule, Maxim was just rented a neighboring office), they told me that such a citizen does not work for them. A minute later, a young man called back, said he knew who I was looking for and gave me the current number, I dialed, Maxim answered, asked me to send everything I learned a positive answer to, but an hour later he called back and said: "Your tour will not take place, I am under investigation," when I clarified where the money was in response I heard that there was no money, they went to pay off other tourists!!! We contacted the police department, wrote a statement (according to the neighboring office, more than 40 people came to them in search of Maxim), but they opened a criminal case against him even before my appeal. I'm waiting for a call from the police. But I think everything is in vain, because through friends they broke through that he had a debt for IP of $ 100 thousand (all the money that appeared on the account was automatically debited) and owed 25 thousand rubles for the office. Since 28.06, the site is not available (tatrevel), but it appears on the network (from the number that I was given at another agency)

I have never met anyone who, for my own money, also made claims that I use advertising platforms (on which this company has placed its tours) to search for information, because, it turns out, it does not correspond to reality at all.
The company's website is not working at the moment, and it is not possible to view the real information. Then the question is, what should the client focus on? To the selection of the manager who did it for two weeks and did not offer anything sensible?!
Well, the height of arrogance was the manager's text messages in Viber.
There is only one hope: the company will be more careful about recruiting staff or at least teach them how to communicate with the client.

On November 28, a tour to Egypt (Hurghada) was purchased Dessert Rose 5*, for two adults, two children 4 and 5 years old. (The flight was scheduled to take place on January 20).
We did not know the departure time, Maxim had to write in advance a day in advance.
The PCR test was included in the package tour, we had to take it on Kropotkin 74. But they probably didn't register us and sent us to another place where the payment comes from individuals. Maxim transferred the money to the card, we paid with it.
There is exactly one day left before departure, a call from Maxim that our flight was canceled, the reason for this is the small occupancy of planes by tourists, 10-15%, due to the cold winter in Egypt, 15 degrees during the day, 10 at night and strong winds. I asked them to offer us something in return, as the vacation had been planned for a long time. We received an offer for a tour to a brand new hotel in the Emirates, an hour's drive from Dubai, Hampton By Hilton - Al Marjan Island 4*, we agreed, as we fit into the price. Maxim said that there are tickets, he will throw them for confirmation, and we will wait for an answer, the flight is on 21.01. we are waiting, but they refuse us, Maxim says that this happens because of rebooking, that the Arabs are working slowly, because of overcrowded hotels, that the receiving party, and this is the Tui travel company, should send a confirmation. There is a departure on the 23rd and everything should be OK.
Well, we agreed in the hope that the rest would take place, we are waiting again on suitcases, we will transfer PCR to Kropotkin on the morning of 23, and in the evening at 17:00 Maxim writes that a miracle did not happen and we will have to come tomorrow to write an application for a refund.
Of course, I became indignant, and Maxim talked as if nothing had happened, just did not confirm the tour and did not even receive an apology to our address, Maxim replied that apologies would not help the case, the only thing I can do on my own is to pay 10% of the cost of the tour, !since we did not come from the street, but through friends who constantly fly to rest through Maxim.
But in fact, we had a frustrated, spoiled vacation.

My daughter bought a tour to the Maldives, not burning, but planned, in more than two months (November 10 to January 13), as a New Year's gift to me and my wife! The tour was purchased in this "travel agency" from one person not because of cost considerations, but solely on the basis of positive reviews.
Until recently, we did not have any information about either the tickets or the voucher. There is a separate story with PCR tests: the tests were included in the price, but a couple of hours before departure it turns out that we have to pay for them ourselves on the spot, and Maxim will later transfer his daughter's money to the card...
We sat on suitcases for a day to find out that we cannot leave on the 13th due to alleged flight delays (which, as it turned out later, did not exist!). Maxim suggested rescheduling the tour to the 15th, but even then the story repeated itself, but the reason for the cancellation this time was the refusal of the hotel to rebook rooms, and after that he completely announced the termination of the contract.
As a result, the tour did not take place at all, no one went anywhere, the vacation was hopelessly ruined, the daughter's gift was destroyed... And dear Gudoshnikov M. did not even bother to apologize elementary, repeating like a mantra "I will return the money." By the way, although in parts, the money was returned.
Personally, I got the impression that Maxim did not initially make any attempts to buy / book air tickets (the airline's website did not include names and passport numbers in the reservation until the last one), hotel reservations, etc. Everything is very muddy and unclear!
I did not expect that paying such money (after all, Maldives!) would only be a hassle and complete disappointment! If I could put less than one star, I would love to do it. I do not recommend this operator!

Tata Travel is a scam company! We are currently trying to get money back for a failed vacation! In May, we made a 100% prepayment and had to fly out on 06/14/2016. But they forgot about us at all! A day before departure, Maxim Gudoshnikov was called, he offered to postpone the flight to 17.06 and reduced the price. As a result, as it turned out, no one even booked tickets. People! Don't be fooled by positive reviews and low cost! These reviews are written by registered people. We were left without a vacation, the children are in tears. Maxim - ***!!! I WILL WRITE APPLICATIONS TO ALL INSTANCES AND FILE A LAWSUIT!

The contract between the customer and the contractor is executed on 10 sheets in small print. In each paragraph, the contractor disclaims any responsibility and does not incur any penalties. What is the point of the contract:

I recommend contacting an operator who is ready to take responsibility if something goes wrong - you should not save 5% of the cost of the tour, in comparison with other operators with fair contracts, agreeing to unfair terms in the contract.
