A great place to relax with your family. Friendly hosts. Friendly staff. We went to visit our relatives. The territory is clean, and the rooms are clean too.
Very tasty dining room. There is an opportunity to cook by yourself.
There are family people staying at the hotel. After 9 a.m., the area is quiet, which is a huge plus when relaxing with a child.
It's not far from the sea. It's a pity there is no pedestrian crossing across the road.
The beach itself is clean, there are few vacationers. An ideal place for lovers of nature, silence and the sea. 🩷

The best place to relax with your family! Cozy, clean rooms, three meals a day (delicious homemade food), a warm swimming pool, a children's area, a summer kitchen, a barbecue area, an outdoor veranda. The guest house is located in a quiet picturesque place, there is an incredible smell of eucalyptus, quiet, calm, safe. The beach is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace, 2 minutes by car.
The famous hydrogen sulfide springs are located nearby, and a shuttle service can be arranged at the guest house (also to New Athos)
We are resting here for the third year in a row, the children do not want to go anywhere else, only here! To the beloved State Duma "Tatarstan"

We rested with the whole family, took accommodation with meals, left only pleasant impressions. The food was excellent, both children and men ate with pleasure, it was very tasty. The rooms are ordinary, require cosmetic repairs, but it is quite cozy, the place is quiet, everything is accessible if you are by car, also the owners will take you where you ask for a fee, of course. You can walk to the sea, but it was sometimes dangerous to walk across the road with children. In general, I really liked the rest, I want to note that there was a beautiful swimming pool and a veranda on the territory. Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality and rest!

It's a great place. Gorgeous hosts. I would compare the rooms with Turkey. There is everything you need. Everything has been thought out for a quiet family holiday. The house is located in the forest. The territory is small. There is a swimming pool, a summer kitchen. We had a rest with friends at the guest house "Tatarstan" in August 2023, we really liked it! Clean, cozy, comfortable rooms, polite and attentive staff! The pool is well located - during rush hour it is in the shade and the children continued to swim in it at lunch! The territory is neat, there is a small Playground, a kitchen with everything you need if someone wants to cook for themselves. Or you can order, they cook delicious! It is a 10-minute walk to the sea, 20 minutes to the nearest store, 40 minutes away there is a therapeutic hydrogen sulfide mud spring! New Athos is a 5-minute drive away.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of a coffee machine and they did not find good coffee in the shops, take it with you. This year we are going there again, with a larger company!

we went as a family of 6 people to Abkhazia and decided to stay in this house. well, let's start with the director of the beautiful young man Robert, when we first called, they told us everything where and how, and immediately on the same day at the same hour rooms were booked for us. reasonable prices are very useful. We drove 2,300 km in our cars. when we arrived, a beautiful three-storey house looks, and most importantly, it is very quiet. only the train sometimes passes, there is a school nearby. The Black Sea is located not far from the house in 10 minutes. we were immediately shown everything on the territory of the house, told how and what. on the territory of the house there is a small swimming pool and sun loungers next to it, a summer kitchen, and next to it a place where you can cook a barbecue, a playground for children was just a joy, a veranda on which we ate (breakfast, lunch, dinner), a dining room and a mini bar where you pay and take whatever you want lemonade, ice cream, pizza, water (p.s. everything is very tasty). Going inside there is an administrative desk, which contains all the necessary information. dryers, irons, hair dryers and even a washing machine are all nearby. my brother and I lived on the second floor in a triple room, and my parents and sisters lived on the 3rd floor in a quadruple room. we go into the rooms and see a TV, beds, refrigerator, air conditioning, clean towels, mirror, and of course a bathroom with shower, everything is clean, beautiful, neat. excellent Wi-Fi that ships very well. they clean there every 5 days, and towels 1 time every 3 days, or if necessary, we were completely satisfied with it. the dining room has a varied menu, pancakes, muffins, porridges, salads, soups, side dishes. I would like to notice that the food in the dining room is very tasty, the girls try very hard to cook goodies every day, as a cook with education, I ate it all with pleasure. and of course, there are beautiful two cats living on the territory of this house, an adult white-red does not even give a stroke, but he is very affectionate and small, who is not even a year old, playful purrs, plays and then completely slept with us in the room, so he wanted love and affection. there are some disadvantages, but this is just a trifle for which I will not take off the stars, this is a very loud noisy air conditioner, a live TV by itself that turned on in the middle of the night itself, a poorly working shower that pisses in different directions, a very poorly working electric stove, well, I who fell down the stairs (p.s it was funny, I think it was visible on the cameras). in general, everyone in this house is friendly and everyone communicates with each other, wishes you a pleasant appetite, good morning, pleasant trips. Guys, the guest house is super, for lovers of remote recreation, there are no shops, you need to go, the beach is completely wild, from the minuses a large pebble is painful and inconvenient to go into the sea and go out. To the store minu 5, we went to the beach in New Athos, 5-7 minutes drive. The house has everything you need, a kitchen, a barbecue, a private pool, a gazebo to sit in the evening, a children's trampoline. We also took a house with meals. The hostess of the Grove feeds for slaughter, to say that it's delicious is not to say anything, just lick your fingers, there is always a variety of food. The owners Azat and his son Robert are very friendly and responsive people, if something is needed, you can always contact them. There is also a great person there, this is Rome. I think there are not even enough stars for such a price. Everything is as in the photo, it is a pity that there are no 2-room rooms. Of course, I would like space, but for such a price with all the conditions in the room, it is impossible to find nearby. The dining room is also a plus (those who have never rested in Abkhazia do not know that every day you need to look for a place to eat here). The shared kitchen for cooking is quite good, of course, if everyone starts cooking and washing dishes (this happens during rush hour) - there is little space (I tried to come a little later). The territory is spacious, there is a place for children and adults to sit.The pool is clean and thorough (many have inflatable ones here).There is a mini bar without alcohol, ice cream (by the way, prices are cheaper than many store ones). The administrator and assistants are really adequate, without any quibbles and rules (believe me, which I just haven't seen), they will always help, bring, fix if something is needed, here's 5k for sure to the staff.Cleaning every other day, linen change every 5 days, if you ask and more often. There are no complaints at all about the staff and their responsibilities. There are still disadvantages (but remember the price!!!), the location from the sea (you will have to go down the hills, it's difficult to return in the sun, there are a lot of people at the hotel (fun for children, adults who like it),a crowd at rush hour in the common kitchen. Yes, that seems to be all. There are definitely more advantages. Maybe she even returned here, but she visited almost all the important places in Abkhazia. You can book excursions at the hotel, you were by car yourself, so you did not take advantage of the offer. You definitely need to go, the sea is clean, there are very few people, you will be fed here and taken wherever you want. We had a vacation in June 2024 with 2 children. I'll tell you right away it's better to come here if you have your own car. The beach is across the street, there is no pedestrian crossing, and cars are rushing at breakneck speed. The beach itself is wild and dirty, we went swimming in New Athos. The guest house itself is clean, well maintained, a large territory, a gorgeous swimming pool. You can cook by yourself or order food from them. They cook delicious. There is a terrible smell in the summer kitchen for self-cooking, I don't understand why. The owners need to work on this point. There are no shops nearby, they take you for groceries once a day for free. The hosts are attentive, they can arrange a transfer wherever you need. If you are for a relaxing holiday and driving, you will like it here. In Abkhazia, the season begins on June 1 and if you arrived earlier, then be prepared that part of the cafe is closed, and the guest houses are not yet fully ready for the arrival of tourists.

- the house itself is located in a very beautiful place: greenery, air, there are no neighboring houses nearby, only nature is in the window. Personally, we could even see the sea from our window.
This guest house is more suitable for family holidays. We were with two preschoolers. They liked it!
One disadvantage is that sometimes there are no seats, so you need to book it in advance.
In general, we plan to return here again, God willing.

We had a rest in this guest house in June 2021, we really liked everything, so we also chose this guest house for a rest in June 2023. Wonderful location on a hill surrounded by cypresses and eucalyptus trees. The absence of other hotels and guest houses nearby is a huge plus! All photos on the site correspond, so I will not write about the rooms and the beautiful pool area. I was very pleased that the owners take great care of their guest house and vacationers, so they try to improve the territory all the time to make the rest more comfortable for the guests. This year, I noted that there was an updated area for proper cooking and a completely renovated summer cafe!

The hotel staff does everything to make us comfortable, thank them very much for that. Nice swimming pool and playground. I really liked the guest house Tatarstan. It is located away from the noisy road, on a small hill, from the window of the room there is a video of the sea. The room for two was quite cozy, clean (cleaned every other day!), there is a TV, Wi-Fi throughout and near the house, clothes dryers. You can order food - delicious at home. There is a separate kitchen where you can cook your own meals. There is a parking lot. The pool is very clean. A great place to relax with children. There is a very nice pool for children.we swam until 9 pm.10 minutes to the beach. The beach is not densely populated.the rooms at the hotel are modern.there is an inexpensive dining room. At lunch, four people can eat for two. That's what my two children and I did.It was incredibly hot until the end of August. The sea is clean.the beach is pebbles and sand. Definitely better than in Sochi.

Excellent organization of transfers from Adler airport and to the nearest places from the base - New Athos, a source of hydrogen sulfide in Primorsky. They will also always find transport for trips around Abkhazia on excursions. 3 floors. The rooms have all the amenities, air conditioning. I put 1 star just to write a review, so I wouldn't put any. The guest house is terrible, the walls are thin between the rooms so much that you could hear what the neighbors were talking about. The bed linen was full of holes, the food was terrible, and the food in the army tasted better. Very steep stairs, it was a minus for us, as we have children and it is dangerous to go down. We moved out after 1 day, the administrator was ready to return one of the other prepayments, but since I wrote a negative review in support of Tinkoff, he said that he would not return it because of this and blocked it. I don't recommend it at all.

We had a vacation with children in June 2022. We were very satisfied with the clean, spacious rooms, delicious food, Playground, heated swimming pool. The hosts are very hospitable people, polite staff. There are hydrogen sulfide springs nearby -people come here specially from different regions of Abkhazia, we were lucky, we lived nearby and it took a little time to travel)
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea, the beach is wild, without sun beds, etc. But for me, this is even a plus, there are not a lot of people, noisy cafes.
The hotel itself is located in a eucalyptus grove, it is impossible to breathe in this amazing air, I still remember the smell of eucalyptus and the singing of birds in the morning.
There is a shop in the village, the assortment is not particularly rich, but there is the most necessary.
I also forgot to mention the summer kitchen and barbecue-you can cook yourself, all the dishes are there. But it was not useful to us-they cook very tasty in Tatarstan 😋

Overall clean, but. A strange green spot was found on the sheet (like paint), the water in the shower barely left, the curtain at the bottom is yellow, it is clearly visible that it is old. Toilet paper was first provided, then the administrator changed - they stopped issuing it.
They take you to the city by car for a sim fee of 200 rubles and take you away too, but only until 21.00.
There is a dining room at the house, but there is usually no choice there. That is, they can say "Rice with fish for dinner" and you either agree or refuse.
The closet doors creak, the beds are located unsuccessfully (on the big one - my mother and younger sister slept there - it blows hard, on mine - barely a muzzle, because the bed is right under the conder). There was not enough kettle in the room, it was shared by the whole house. The sockets barely hold, literally a whiff of wind - the charges fell out of the sockets.
WiFi is very weak.
To the sea on foot 10-15 minutes, the beach is not equipped. They take us to the nearest store for 15 minutes (it was barely enough for us, although we bought a little - the problem is in queues and the lack of the right product).

The prepayment was not refunded. We planned a vacation in August 22, from 09.08-08/15.22, with a family of 5 people., upon departure, I consulted with the owner about the fact that the eldest son would turn 15 at the time of arrival, whether there would really be a birth certificate at customs, I was assured that everything would be OK. When we arrived at the Customs point, we were not allowed to check our documents (birth certificate)!!! Accordingly, we failed to agree on a name, and we, exhausted by the road and upset, went nowhere. After talking with the owner about getting the prepayment returned to us, we were told that it was your fault that we were not allowed to pass, although I clarified this point in advance. And they assured me that everything would be fine, while we were going to Abkhazia for the first time. Not a pleasant sediment remained , we could at least return 50% from 7 tr. !!! The boomerang guys are working. We are all human and walk under God.

I had a rest in September 2023 in a company of 6 people, rented 4 rooms.
Each room has a separate entrance, a separate bathroom. The room has everything you need: refrigerator, air conditioning, comfortable beds, fresh linens, coffee table/ stools, wardrobe, bedside tables.
Cleaning every 3 days without complaints, clean, neat, invisible to guests. Change of towels and bed linen as well, but we were changed on demand and earlier than this period.
We were quiet, calm and cozy. We lived on the second floor, the doors from the rooms went out to the reception area, where you can always order virtually any additional option at a reasonable price, be it a car, an excursion, a wrap/lunch / dinner, laundry / ironing, etc., and find: a hair dryer, a clothes dryer, a basin, etc.
It is impossible to find fault with the service, they have provided everything in their price segment.
There is a covered veranda on the territory, where it is pleasant not only to eat, but also just to spend time), a free-standing equipped kitchen where guests can cook their own food, a washing machine, dishes, cooking tables, a refrigerator and other small things.
There is a dining room where there is always delicious bread and butter)), breakfast / lunch / dinner - the menu is negotiated the day before. The prices are reasonable, the food is full.
There is a playground for children. There is a swimming pool and sun beds on the territory, but since we were interested in the sea, we did not use this option once).
Hospitable staff, special thanks to Robert and Rome), - you made our vacation!!!
There is a public beach within walking distance, where you can sit on your bedspread or towel. It is often possible to meet horses near the beach - a separate aesthetic visual pleasure.
There is parking on site and.. the guard is a wonderful red dog!
The rest was interesting, sincere and comfortable!

Good afternoon! We are currently resting in this guest house. We are absolutely satisfied with everything. There is a transfer from the train station, the airport, and you can also book a transfer to any point any day at any time for an additional fee. Everything is clean, cleaning every other day. There is a swimming pool, not heated, sun beds by the pool. Food deserves special attention. We have three meals a day, everything is very tasty, the food is homemade from the freshest products, large portions are prepared by the hostess herself, for which I thank her very much.
It's not far from the sea, 10 minutes on foot, you need to cross the highway carefully.
It is very good to stay in this guest house if you are driving your own car, there is parking right in the courtyard. New Athos is 5 minutes by car, 3 km away, not on foot, because the whole way will be along the highway, there is no footpath. In the evening, there is not much place to walk around the guest house, but it is not particularly relevant for us with a small child. The nearest grocery store is 1.5 km away (15 minutes on foot along the highway), or in the Newest Athos, the same with a cafe. Near the guest house there is a summer porch under a canopy with tables and chairs, there is a barbecue where you can cook a barbecue yourself. The guest house itself is located in a eucalyptus grove, where there is a wonderful clean healing air. We were a little unlucky with the weather, but it doesn't spoil our vacation at all, we really like everything. Thanks for the hospitality to the hosts Azat and Rosa.

I chose a place to stay in Abkhazia very carefully and for a long time, as I have been there more than once and we know that it can be super, or maybe not so much. But this guest house has met all expectations. We have not seen such an attentive and pleasant attitude towards people, such frequency and order for a long time. They cleaned our place every day, even if it was clean. The rooms are not very large, but everything is conveniently located, the furniture is new, the mattresses are good, the linen is clean. The plumbing is in excellent condition, the air conditioner is working properly.There is a dining room where dietary and proper food is prepared, which can be safely fed to children. There is a canopy, tables, barbecue. There is a playground and most importantly it is a cool pool, sun beds, shower. The children came from the sea and climbed into the pool until the evening. The sea is not very far away, you can find it on foot, of course you need to cross the road carefully. The beach is wild, without sunbeds, changing rooms. The sea is clear, the view is amazing. We were in a car, drove up to the beach nearby and drove a little forward, towards Sukhum, after the bridge immediately to the right, it is also a wider beach, there is a cafe and a shop nearby. Beautiful view of New Athos. The city and the sights are not far away, you can arrange and the owners of the hotel will take you and bring you. We really liked it and we even extended the rest for 4 days, the children did not want to leave. If we are going to Abkhazia, then only to the guest house Tatarstan. I highly recommend it
