I was booked in at 6:30 for makeup and hair. I warned the administrator that at 9:00 I had to leave the salon, to which I was told that at 8:30 I would be ready. Great, I thought! I was 10 minutes late, I came at 6:40, but I think nothing, I just left time to spare until 9. As a result, at 9:05, I just run out of there already, because I wouldn't have had time to go further to my event. I was detained for 25 minutes, taking into account my lateness. Just look at my look! What is this???? I better pack myself at home! I asked the Hollywood wave to pin up the side hair and pin it up beautifully, nothing complicated! As a result, I get an absolutely collective farm look with invisibles on my head. Where are the Hollywood waves here, will someone tell me??? Why didn't the master do what I asked? I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will not come myself anymore.

The administrator's answers are just a bomb, she writes that I was late and mom was rushing the master 😹😹😹 and the fact that the master had 1:25 minutes instead of an hour, and what she had already done during that time looks terrible and it's absolutely not Hollywood waves, we don't take that into account 🤡
