Everything was fine up to a certain point. The website often displays a notification about the promotion that when buying 6 packs, the seventh is free. The full terms of the promotion are not written anywhere. The moment came when I ordered the 6th pack (not a one-time order) and asked to put a free one. To which they replied that it doesn't work that way. When asked to show the full terms, they replied that there were none and the rules were only in words. As you want to understand the terms, so understand or write to support and clarify. Of course, it's not about the free pack, but about the attitude towards customers. The girl who communicated with me did not know the conditions herself and went to clarify, the man called back and just asked whether to place an order or not, thereby making it clear that as a client I am not interested ... If delicious coffee is important to you, but it does not matter how you are treated, then Tatte Coffe will suit you!
