A chic restaurant in Tbilisi, everything from the interior to the staff at the highest level, and what a live performance of music and songs!!!!the kitchen is 5+, everything tastes great, I also want to note that in this restaurant everyone will find what they need, you can come with a small company, you can mark an important date or just order a banquet. By the way, there is no Angela Tsotsoria in the organization of banquets, be sure that under her strict guidance everything will be organized for 5+. In general, if I gave Michelin stars. This restaurant would be on my list!!

We visited this restaurant on 09/05/2024. We were guided by the reviews and fell for the presence of a Michelin star from the chef. In fact, from the ordered dishes: khachapuri in Ajarian, mama khinkali (a dish from the top list), salad with eggplant, khachapuri with potatoes, khachapuri with cheese, assorted phali, pea soup, okroshka, ayran, grilled lamb.... The lamb was completely eaten - it would be a shame to spoil it, and it was really tasty and ayran. Everything else leaves much to be desired and was only sipped, because it was extremely not tasty. Pea soup is a huge plate of yellow water with sometimes pieces of sliced bacon... there were no peas there, mom khinkali - the meat is old, the taste is interrupted by spices, there was almost no broth inside, the eggplant salad sucks completely, the assorted dishes are so-so, everything else is also no higher than 2.5 points out of 10. Yesterday we were at another restaurant - more was ordered and everything was eaten with pleasure, all the dishes there were on a solid 10 out of 10. Disappointed with the tavaduri restaurant.

We came hungry in the evening at 23:00 waited for 2 hours, only the first course was brought to us after two hours, they apologized all the time and served other tables that came much later, everyone's mood was spoiled and we were just outraged, by the way, the wine was brought in 30 minutes and only when I had already approached twice to the bartender and demanded to bring at least wine . And we did not wait for khinkali and the main dish. The place smells of coal. Because the brazier stands right in the hall and blows up the coals with a hairdryer, the smell of which spreads to the whole hall. I have been to Georgia 20 times already, but I have not seen such rudeness from the service here yet. Maybe we were just treated with prejudice because we were with four children) I'm an experienced restaurateur myself, so I know what I'm talking about. There is a succession of dishes, the owner needs to think about it and spend money on the number of employees who frankly can not cope with their duties.

Long service . Trout thawed in the microwave . Tasteless soup . Also 12% of the service receipt. Fry the eggs better . I don 't recommend it .
