I want to thank the driver of taxi 135 (unfortunately I do not know the name), who on 10/20.24. was carrying a passenger, an elderly woman, from Asanalieva, 9 to the village of Rayevka, Molodechensk district, with a stop at Rafieva, 60 (25 floor). The passenger herself sends her gratitude to him. I wish there were as many sympathetic and understanding people like him in our society as possible. God grant him health, success in everything and good adequate passengers.

We called a taxi for the guest in the app. The order was not accepted for a long time, it was canceled. The taxi driver calls, shouting that he is already heading our way and asks why we called a taxi at all. He insults the receptionist's girlfriend, calls her insane, and threatens to come to her and demand money for a false call. We would like to note that we always use the services of taxi 135, and this is not the first time we have encountered rudeness from drivers.

The lack of service is complete. A taxi with a MIR card and a terminal for issuing a check from the city center has to be called for 40 minutes, from the suburbs of Minsk it is impossible to call at all. The girl operators say that there are no cars, ask to call back in a couple of minutes and hang up, the last time I called 11 times, in the end they never found the car. Asked to call back when there is a car, they say there is no way to call back to the Russian number. For a trip report for our accounting department, a receipt and a payment statement from the card are required, and therefore it was necessary to use 135.

If the price changes while calling a taxi, then the driver should have at least called and asked if the customer was ready to go with the changed price instead of canceling the order after 5 minutes, when the customer was already standing outside (in the rain), deleted your app and downloaded Yandex and Uber. By the way, Yandex arrived in 2 minutes and without any cost increase. Judging by the reviews, this is the right decision, the once-beloved taxi has fallen in terms of service.

I ordered a car for navigation, it was urgently necessary to get to the child at school, the child was feeling unwell. I waited for the car for 7 minutes, the driver arrived at the wrong place by navigation. He called me back and said he would drive up to my point now. I waited 12 minutes. As a result, my order was canceled in the application, the driver did not call back and did not warn me that he was not going to go. A bus and two minibuses passed by. I lost precious time, fortunately the child got better and the situation did not worsen, I took a minibus. This is the first time I've come across something like this.

In the middle of the trip, the driver ran out of gasoline in the car, a mother with a small child sat in the car on the MKAD while this driver walked across the field to the gas station. Together, the 25-minute trip took 1 hour and 30 minutes. The service is terrible. The quality of the trip for 26 rubles = 0. we expect your compensation for this trip. I do not recommend this taxi because of its extremely low social responsibility.

I started calling to find this driver somehow, they gave me the phone number of the administration where I can leave a complaint, but there is no such number! I called back again to clarify the phone number, the number was the same! If this review is read by the administration, then please punish this driver! Hiding is despicable !

Thursday 4:15 a.m. - no cars. The search lasts an hour. There are no cars. Wednesday 4.01 there are no cars, the dispatcher hangs up without waiting for the client to finish the conversation, and then the senior dispatcher suggests calling every minute to look for a car - the rules of work with the client are an unknown curiosity for this office. While other services have cars available and the pick-up time is 2-7 minutes. I strongly do not recommend the service. I have no complaints about the drivers, they don't even get a kick out of working there.

I tried to order a taxi 135. I used to use this taxi. I live outside Minsk, but as it turned out, taxi 135 does not serve, and even more so it is impossible to get through to 135. That is, you can order and call from Minsk, but not outside Minsk. Previously, you could use a taxi.

A great taxi. The cars are clean, the drivers are polite. I constantly compare prices with Uber, because I used to use it only and the application was installed. For short distances (4-5 km), prices do not differ, for large ones it turns out a little more expensive. But not by much and not at any time. For example, during rush hour at 135 the price is lower. And when the demand is not great, it is 1-2 rubles more expensive.
