A controversial review. The location is close to Istiklal, you need to turn into a busy fish street, but part of the way you need to go through a dark alley. The apartments themselves. With the size, we had an understanding, a small room. Everything is OK. But there are practically no storage places, bedside tables. Certain inconveniences. The door to the shower/toilet was not closed, as there was a risk of not opening it. It needs repair. Cleanliness?? No, you haven't heard. Tangles of hair with dust and other joys. One of the advantages is a good administrator, responded immediately to questions. I tried to help. Do I recommend it or not? Probably not. You can find similar apartments cheaper

I really liked the hotel for its location, near the bus stop from which it is convenient to get anywhere in the city. Istiklal shopping street is nearby, so in the evening, after taking a break in the room, you can go shopping. Again, it is convenient to get from the airport, the Havaist bus stop is within walking distance. A responsive Russian-speaking administrator! The room is clean, comfortable, has air conditioning, stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils. There is no reception, you need to call the administrator, the phone is listed on the door.

We had a rest in November. Location-close to Istiklal, Taksim, metro and bus stops. But he is in a dark corner, it's scary to come back in the evening (a drunk is going to be nearby). It's creepy.
The admin is a very pleasant, good Wi-Fi.
In the room, the renovation is based on an honest word (for a beautiful photo), you look closer and doubt the safety of the structures.
It's not clean enough for a Russian person. They clean on request if you find a cleaner on the floor.
The dishes are dirty and mildewed-there is no desire to use them.
There was a loud squeak several times (of unknown origin), but it was eliminated 15-20 minutes after contacting the administrator.
