They just won't understand you, and they won't even do anything to understand you. They have managers who understand at least a little Russian, but they won't give them to you.
My question could not be solved by a simple manager, she was nervous and twitched me, as a result, she shouted for the administrator. The admin understood Russian, but persistently asked to switch to English, and absolutely did not react to my words that I speak English poorly. With hatred in her eyes, she said in English that my question could not be solved the way I asked, and left. It was very unpleasant.
And there are a lot of such departments here, it feels like they hate Russians.
