We loved visiting this cafe with our family. So this time we decided to go to dinner with friends on March 8. A week before the holiday, I called and decided to make a reservation. But unfortunately, no one answered me for the first, second, or third time! Then I decided to write to them on Instagram. The answer was: we have a lot of guests today, the receptionist will call you back. I waited for a call from the receptionist on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, but no one called back. I decided to call myself in the evening. The girl answered and said that there were no more places. I asked the receptionist to call back (she had a day off that day). But half an hour later they called me back and said that there had been no seats for two weeks. Dear management, please teach your employees how to answer the phone and respond correctly to social media. networks so as not to spoil people's holiday! And after such an attitude, the opinion of your institution deteriorated.

We were in Bobruisk for the first time, according to reviews and accessibility (my wife and I are wheelchair users), we chose two nearby cafes, stopped at Tikawa. The accessibility turned out to be a couple of steps, the cuisine is beyond praise, the prices are above average, close to restaurants with a high margin category. And everything would be fine if it weren't for the stone-faced waiters. The waiters are very unfriendly, it feels like they came to their house 🫤 The rating is lowered for this reason. We have made room for ourselves at the table, the answer to the questions on the menu is only "yes" and "no". There is no desire to go back🤷♀️

The service is good, but there are quite big questions for the cook.
The beef was not cooked, it was rubbery, it was almost impossible to eat, but okay.
The grandmother (dish) was not fully cooked, the potatoes were raw inside, we did not even eat half of them, because it was not tasty. Having shown this joint of the institution, this dish was not removed from the bill, they only offered to compensate in the form of tea / coffee. I do not exclude that these shoals are one-time, but it greatly spoiled the impression of this institution, although many locals praised it.
I do not recommend visiting this institution.

I came to Bobruisk on business and decided to go to Tikava for breakfast. I came to the opening at 10.00. At 10.02 I ordered an omelet roll with ham and cheese and cappuccino. At 10.37 they brought me a fried egg with a piece of sausage, two arugula leaves and one cherry tomato. The only person I know who cooks eggs for more than 10 minutes is Jamie Oliver. What could be done with eggs for 35 minutes is a mystery covered in darkness!🤦♀️
I had to give up coffee because I was late, and I was offered it with me for free as an apology. For which I add one star to the review.
And another star for Santa Barbara, which I watched in the cafe hall. Apparently, some former employees did not solve their personal affairs very culturally in front of visitors.
