We are regular customers of the store. The location is good for us, a wonderful selection of tea, lots of dishes and accessories, reasonable prices. The service sometimes leaves much to be desired. From time to time, you have to deal with detached, completely non-client-oriented employees who show in every way that they will do you a huge favor by taking the time. If there are more than two customers in the room, the service turns into chaos. A person can be sent from one cash register with scales to another, even though you have already stood in line. I understand that a store employee may have many related tasks that need to be solved, but you can warn them in advance that you should not queue at your checkout. And it is even more superfluous to tell the client that tea vacation is not part of your duties and you were temporarily at the checkout due to a combination of technical circumstances. I don't see anything wrong with helping sellers consult and dismiss visitors faster when there are a large number of people in a compact room. And the customer definitely shouldn't feel guilty that they don't know which employees are performing which duties. How unacceptable is the boorish indignation that the client did not immediately inform about the availability of the maximum discount, the amount of which he could not even think about. You expect a slightly different level of cordiality and empathy from a tea shop.

A cool store, a huge assortment of tea for every taste and purse, the interior conveys the specifics of the institution and immerses in the atmosphere, a lot of paraphernalia for tea ceremonies. Let's drink what we bought and come back!

We were here like in a tea shop more than in a store. We did not immediately understand what was being done and how, but the friendly staff of the institution helped with everything, picked up the desired teas to suit our tastes, planted and politely served in everything. The store itself is gorgeous, just in fact, a lot of themed posters, a Chinese-style interior and calm music. The assortment is so huge that I didn't even have time to look at everything right away, I haven't seen this yet. I recommend you to visit for a relaxing evening in company, alone or for a date.
