We are regular customers of the store. The location is good for us, a wonderful selection of tea, lots of dishes and accessories, reasonable prices. The service sometimes leaves much to be desired. From time to time, you have to deal with detached, completely non-client-oriented employees who show in every way that they will do you a huge favor by taking the time. If there are more than two customers in the room, the service turns into chaos. A person can be sent from one cash register with scales to another, even though you have already stood in line. I understand that a store employee may have many related tasks that need to be solved, but you can warn them in advance that you should not queue at your checkout. And it is even more superfluous to tell the client that tea vacation is not part of your duties and you were temporarily at the checkout due to a combination of technical circumstances. I don't see anything wrong with helping sellers consult and dismiss visitors faster when there are a large number of people in a compact room. And the customer definitely shouldn't feel guilty that they don't know which employees are performing which duties. How unacceptable is the boorish indignation that the client did not immediately inform about the availability of the maximum discount, the amount of which he could not even think about. You expect a slightly different level of cordiality and empathy from a tea shop.

We were here like in a tea shop more than in a store. We did not immediately understand what was being done and how, but the friendly staff of the institution helped with everything, picked up the desired teas to suit our tastes, planted and politely served in everything. The store itself is gorgeous, just in fact, a lot of themed posters, a Chinese-style interior and calm music. The assortment is so huge that I didn't even have time to look at everything right away, I haven't seen this yet. I recommend you to visit for a relaxing evening in company, alone or for a date.

The guys are going to perfection.
We have repeatedly bought tea in this store. The range and selection is simply gorgeous. There are many related products for both beginners and advanced tea lovers. There was a couple of times an inattentive attitude towards customers, let's write it off as the cost of a large number of visitors.
We recommended this place to our friend, so he was delighted to buy a bunch of teas and dishes there.
They are able to find solutions for different depths of tea demand. We will continue to work with them.

The consultant does not arouse sympathy. I waited and made it clear to him that I needed help with the tea. But I've received detached comments and the impression that a man sells tea but doesn't know what he's like. When I asked about the difference between the two teas, he said they were the same.
You have a competitor with a more famous name nearby! The Tea Post is widely known. They will give information about each tea (up to the brewing temperature) and describe it. Please give your best to the staff, take the people who are burning with this in the first place.

One of the best tea shops in the city, although, I think, in Belarus. The prices are adequate, the raw materials are good. The staff will always advise, suggest or recommend something without imposing or selling. They help with the soul. In order not to crumple the tea leaves, as a last resort, I was given a huge, dense ziploc bag for 50 grams, which speaks volumes. I recommend it!!!! Good luck and prosperity. The place is good, the tea selection is good too. But the final amount in the receipt is sometimes overstated, punching the wrong cost of tea. The last time they punched shu puer for 43 rubles, although it costs 40 on their website. So be careful when calculating.

I came to clarify the differences of tea because I do not understand it. I was choosing tea for sale in a coffee shop. The man reluctantly and with a bang showed what I told him myself. I came in, politely asked for help in choosing, there was no rudeness, there were no people either. I sincerely do not understand this attitude towards myself. Even the department of work with wholesalers gave more information and was able to identify examples in fact. And the seller in the store just tyrannized with his eyes and came to me to make him work.
As a result, they chose another supplier, there are no questions about the product, only about the service of a particular seller. I'm sure this is a great place.
