The condition was that it would be delivered in a week in the afternoon. Okay. On the eve of the delivery day, they called and said that the delivery would be in the morning and they would have to wait 4 hours! Is it okay? No!!!
I called and asked what the reason for the change in delivery time is? Answer: the force majeure. There were no cataclysms that day, except for the supermoon and strong magnetic storms!
And now a topic for reflection: how do I plan a day for a working person if I work shifts or work all day? No way! Take time off or at your own expense.

They work without interest in sales. There was an interest in buying a Techno24' TV, but it was disassembled in 2 days. It is not possible to place an order with payment upon receipt via the online store. All offers on sites with this TV are reduced to one operator, then why several different sites if the legal entity is the same? To pay for a delivery that is not included in the order, they do not issue a receipt-this is strange for me. It turned out that stores in other cities have these TVs and you can make a request to the store with the transfer and delivery to the store. The sweet girl Tatiana listened to everything, agreed and convinced me that about a week, but no later than 2 weeks, this type of store will arrive by moving and I will be able to come, pay and get a boom. the receipt is in the store.
A week later, we decided to inquire about the progress of the transfer and execution of the order. On the spot, on Friday, dear Tatiana was not there, but she managed to get through. Tatiana's answer surprised me:maybe there won't be any. Despite the fact that in Bobruisk and Minsk there is a reason why it is not being brought, Tatiana could not explain anything.
It turns out that they were misled. We didn't even bother to notify you via feedback.
For some reason, Tatiana took almost passport data (full name, address, phone number). It is strange that personal data is already required to buy a TV, then consent must be provided, as well as continuous violations of rights (the operator does not have the right to process personal data without consent).
Conclusion: I do not recommend wasting your time and relying on the competence of this employee of this store.
