The condition was that it would be delivered in a week in the afternoon. Okay. On the eve of the delivery day, they called and said that the delivery would be in the morning and they would have to wait 4 hours! Is it okay? No!!!
I called and asked what the reason for the change in delivery time is? Answer: the force majeure. There were no cataclysms that day, except for the supermoon and strong magnetic storms!
And now a topic for reflection: how do I plan a day for a working person if I work shifts or work all day? No way! Take time off or at your own expense.

To pay for a delivery that is not included in the order, they do not issue a receipt-this is strange for me. It turned out that stores in other cities have these TVs and you can make a request to the store with the transfer and delivery to the store. The sweet girl Tatiana listened to everything, agreed and convinced me that about a week, but no later than 2 weeks, this type of store will arrive by moving and I will be able to come, pay and get a boom. the receipt is in the store.
A week later, we decided to inquire about the progress of the transfer and execution of the order. On the spot, on Friday, dear Tatiana was not there, but she managed to get through. Tatiana's answer surprised me:maybe there won't be any. Despite the fact that in Bobruisk and Minsk there is a reason why it is not being brought, Tatiana could not explain anything.
It turns out that they were misled. We didn't even bother to notify you via feedback.
For some reason, Tatiana took almost passport data (full name, address, phone number). It is strange that personal data is already required to buy a TV, then consent must be provided, as well as continuous violations of rights (the operator does not have the right to process personal data without consent).
Conclusion: I do not recommend wasting your time and relying on the competence of this employee of this store.

I bought a refrigerator XN-4623-109- ND in the store in Brest on March 18, 2023. I chose it according to the sample in the trading floor. There are 4 shelves in the refrigerator compartment, which determined my choice. The seller did not warn that since January 2023 this model is equipped with 3 shelves, which does not suit me.
I only found out about this when the refrigerator was delivered home.
I would not buy such a refrigerator.
The store refuses to complete the refrigerator, sends unsubscriptions. There is still a sample with 4 shelves in the trading floor - the deception of buyers continues.
I do not advise buying anything in this store - you can buy a pig in a poke and only the buyer will be responsible for this with his wallet.

1. They wanted to cheat on the cost of the goods.
There was one amount on the price tag, at the checkout before receiving the goods, the cashier punched the amount one and a half times higher, which could only be seen on the cash receipt. When asked why there was a different price tag on the window and why they did not warn about a different cost, the answer was "according to the database, there is a different cost, but the price tag did not have time to change, and in general I have been working here recently."
2. The consultants in the hall do not know elementary how to turn on the food processor to check and had to check everything myself while they are standing like infirm next to each other. Then why are they in the hall at all??
