Immediately there was a break in the exchanger until 13:00, by the time I came to the point the time was 13:05, but for some reason the service is possible only for 5 people in the queue, but not for the rest, because there are technical problems. Why there are no technical problems for the rest of the people in the queue is a good question, but it remains unanswered.

Small but proud :) A tiny exchange office in the right place. Unfortunately, the exchange rate is always lower than in Technobank branches. It is designed for the fact that the place is "passable" and the people will pass. If there is a queue (and there are already 2-3 people in the queue), you have to "hang over" a religious Orthodox shop.

I use exchangers regularly. The cashier girls work clearly and are always friendly. That's just the wrong exchanger in the picture. On Voronyansky Street 19, to his left is a door from a supermarket, there is also an ATM, and on the right is a kiosk of church supplies.

If there is currency at the cash desk, they refused to withdraw it from the card. The book of complaints and suggestions was not provided on demand. They told me to go to Krapotkin's head office. As I understand it, this is a violation of the law.
