15.01.23 I contacted the workshop with the handset of the Panasonik phone (a problem with the buttons).The next day they called, ready.16.01.I took it away, paying 10 rubles.When I came home, put it on the base, for charging, the charge did not go.I took it back .The master took it and immediately said that there was a problem with the contact, the bracket was broken..?I gave it to repair, everything was fine with charging.As a result, it's already February, and my phone is not being returned.I am outraged by the attitude and work, to the limit.

I came at 13.00 there is a piece of paper hanging lunch until 15.00. Okay, I came at 15.00, described the problem. They did not take it to repair (minor damage) because of the "workload" of the work. In terms of tone and behavior, they are not interested in customers.

Definitely professionals. I repaired two phones of the organization. We drew up and sent the contract ourselves. The repair took two days. I called and visited a dozen workshops in Kamennaya Gorka and Zhdanovichi. Either they refuse to repair by bank transfer, or they agree, but with prepayment in cash and other difficulties. The Technodoctor was quickly serviced, the documents were processed themselves. The cost, by the way, is low. Well done

The worst service center! The diagnosis was carried out for almost three weeks under the pretext that the laptop was put on the wrong shelf. after the diagnosis, the price was called four times higher than the initial one, as a result, I turned to another service center, where new problems were discovered after the "diagnosis" of the technodoctor. the room is a mess, dirty and everything is scattered, apparently the laptop was also thrown, resulting in new chips. it is ridiculous that the employees at the time when I picked up the laptop said that they were almost not engaged in such things, such things need to be clarified before repair. I strongly do not recommend contacting this office if you do not care about your device, money, time and nerves!!!

Everything was bad from the very beginning! They gave away the phone, it did not turn on at home and before that the camera error was knocked out. They brought it to them, he immediately turned on with us, they took 15 rubles for this, by the way. Okay, they left it for diagnostics, checked the camera, and told me to take a walk for literally 5 minutes. After about 15 minutes, they came up and told me to take another walk. This was the case for 3 hours. They were fed "breakfast". They said in the end that they did not know what was wrong with the camera and needed to be checked. They left it, handed it over on Wednesday, and promised to find out and report everything by the end of the week. I called on Saturday (it was working), they said they hadn't found out yet, but today for sure, they promised to call back and tell me what was wrong with the phone. I already called myself in the evening, because I didn't wait for the call. No one answered the phone. I called on Monday, they said that spare parts are not being supplied today, but tomorrow by 15:00 they will find out for sure and dial. At 15:10, I called myself, to ask what the answer was, that there was literally half an hour left and they would dial. An hour later, I called them again, and again I heard that just a little more. I said that I didn't have time to wait, I needed to know the specific time, I needed to know if anything, I would pick up the phone, in response I heard in raised tones that without spare parts they couldn't say anything or do anything at all. Here I already had to stop by saying that you don't need to raise your voice at me, and I don't need to do anything with the phone and I'll pick it up tomorrow. Here is my experience of contacting this office. I will never go there again and I do not advise anyone.
