The router is in excellent condition at the time of return.

They are deceiving the buyer. I bought a phone, they said in two weeks there would be a discount on the next purchase. I came to buy more - they say the discount is not valid - the orders have changed, and you see, there is no place in the receipt to indicate all the goods that are not participating in the promotion. Although when I was two weeks ago, they said that this product was participating in the promotion. This is a blatant deception of the buyer. I will never go there again (I have been a regular customer for many years) and I will dissuade others. Such a store policy is outrageous and unacceptable!
