Pay attention to the price tag on the shelves and to the price tag when you get a product punched. When I approached the cashier, I was offered to first buy 3000tn more expensive than indicated in the price tag, they said a working phrase to my indignation, We did not have time to change the price tags. I had to defend my rights and remind about the Public Offer law.
The saleswoman , the cashier, sprawled on a chair and did not respond to repeated requests to get up and talk normally and continued to lie on her chair while shouting to speak louder, otherwise she could not hear sitting. As a result, we had to call the senior and by some miracle, after 20 minutes of manipulation, they made the price cheaper than on the price tag by 1,000 tenge, and then he said about it that what a good fellow he was and we should be grateful to him for such a gift.
Customer orientation is not about them.

I find it. We book the product in 1C.
Price tag = 173,990 tenge.
I'm going to the cash register to pay. QR is not accepted, I had to go home to get a card.
An hour passes.
I arrive — the price at the checkout = 203,990 tenge.
They tell me that the price tag was wrong, the promotion is over.
I, referring to Article 24 of the ZoPP, ask that I be sold at the price indicated on the price tag. The seller goes to coordinate with the management, then another employee comes up, says: "We did not agree. Write a complaint."
I'm calling the police. An employee arrives, I write a statement.
I'm waiting for the result.
Please note that all the time I was in the store, while I was waiting for a police officer, the price tag was empty (about 1.5 hours), which violates Article 193 paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
UPD: Returned 45 minutes later.
After submitting an application to the police, they offered to buy a monitor at the original price.
The issue has been resolved.

When I came to the Technodome in Mega on 05/15/2022, I was unlucky. I wanted to choose some kind of portable speaker, I knew about what I wanted, but I needed more advice.
But I didn't get a single consultant. Either the influx of people was such that everyone was busy, or something, but in the end, I left without a speaker, upset, and then, out of grief, I spent money on some kind of defective device.
In general, I am terribly dissatisfied with the service.
