05.05.2023 I ordered an Electrolux convector from Climate Technology, and it would be a crime if I did not write a review. I am just wildly delighted with the quality of the services provided, it took only 2 hours from the moment the order was placed to delivery! After ordering, they quickly called back, it turned out that electronic control was no longer available, they offered touch control - without additional payment! I didn't believe this was possible until I got it)) the courier was as professional as possible, called in advance, brought everything, explained himself what was in which box where he was joining, filled out the guarantees, stamped, knocked out the receipt. I understand that this should all be the norm, but... We all know what kind of service stores have now, even I, who have been working with online stores for more than 10 years, have not yet met such efficiency and literacy! There was one caveat, on 05/07.23 we opened the box, it did not contain 1 of the 4 wheels. It's a holiday weekend, Sunday, I called and reported the problem, they heard my question and promised to replace it after May 9th. They called me back on the morning of the first working day, May 10, clarified what exactly was missing and agreed that I would write to Viber when I could accept. Saturday, May 13, came, I wrote that I was ready to accept, within an hour I already had the wheel.... In general, I am absolutely delighted! Be sure to order in the Equipment for the climate, have fun with the service! Heh, that sounds like a call to action... But it is true))

It is too dry in winter from the batteries and the Electrolux EH 3500 humidifier was picked up with the manager. I didn't know that so much water was needed to freshen the room.
