In order: The phone did not turn on after the water. I called this company. What I liked right away, the courier arrived, took the phone, said they would do it during the day, and was delighted. In the evening, a call from the manager, it is necessary to restore the power supply chain, the price is 110 rubles (on the website it is indicated after pouring water - from 35 rubles, I understood that it would be more expensive, but not so much). Well, there is no choice, we need to fix it, I bargained up to 95p. An hour later they called again, said the phone was ready, tomorrow the courier can deliver to you from 18 to 20. The next day, at 20:30, no call from the manager or from the courier, I call myself, the manager says, so we agreed on the day after tomorrow (suddenly!), I say OK, let's not need a courier, I'll pick you up tomorrow. I come to them, give them the phone, turn it on, the volume button does not work, I ask how, they called, they say the phone is ready, the manager takes the phone, takes it to the master, returns in a minute, "your phone was still after the blow, the manager who called you forgot to tell you about it, we will restore the button in an hour and 35p"...I'm naturally shocked by this attitude, I say you don't need to fix anything, give me the phone and I'm off. On the same day, I called a friend who understands more or less, it turned out that nothing was damaged there, just when the phone was being assembled, they put the button on the loop crookedly, from which it was not pressed. Of course, I understand everything, times are hard and all that, but it's so brazen to fool people .... in general, draw conclusions and do not be fooled by politeness and low prices on the site, because in the end everything will be different. I put 1 point, only for the courier's services.

I repaired 3 tablets, with different problems. ROM replacement, wireless device key replacement, power supply repair. At first, out of habit, I contacted the official Samsung service, but they have the same answer for everything, replacing the mother, 250 bucks... They're soldering the micrukha here. And I haven't seen oscilloscopes in workshops for a long time, they can even be used here :) Keep it up... A regular customer, for more than 3 years...

I have not seen the worst service and repair in Minsk yet: my iPhone 6 fell and I decided to change the case along with the glass (the module was fine), especially since the guys offered a good discount for the complex. As a result, I regretted it four times: The phone worked properly even with a broken screen, but after the repair, my Wi-Fi disappeared, it began to slow down and a yellow stripe 0.5-1 cm across the screen appeared. Immediately I was faced with the second problem of this organization (the first was poor-quality repairs) - this is Constantly communicating with different master receptionists, which is why I have to explain the same problem again, that I spent a lot of time and effort. Another problem that has turned out is that the guys work for a long time compared to their competitors and the main disadvantage is that they do not warn about what may happen after the repair. Since they explained that the Wi-Fi does not work due to the fact that the board is bent, and the case is flat and there is no contact. I insisted on a diagnostic Prof. and I was reserved time at the Kalvaritskaya (2-branch company). When I arrived at Kalvaritskaya on the agreed day (Saturday), the craftsmen were surprised by my arrival: the promised replacement glass was missing, and the one who was supposed to diagnose the "iron" refused to waste time on it and said that it was only for replacement and it costs about $ 70. The screen replacement master suggested that I come to them another day, after he would dial me for the presence of glass. After 4 days, I had to remind myself of myself. When I brought the phone to the International, I was again faced with the problem of a complete lack of communication between two stores of the same service. There was another master on site and said that the strip was caused by a loose or over-twisted bolt, which caused increased pressure on the screen. The phone was accepted. A day later they invited me to pick it up, they said that they had changed the module along with the glass. And a miracle happened! The Wi-Fi was working, although nothing was done with it! Consequently, all the assumptions of the "experts" of the techrem turned out to be false and it was a mistake to "pose" and refuse diagnosis. But despite the fact that, according to the idea, I should be happy that they returned me a serviceable phone with a new screen, case and WORKING Wi-Fi, it was not without a jamb. Unfortunately, a small white speck appeared on the screen, visible on a white background. I called the service, told them about the problem, they told me to come, they will fix it. I came and explained everything to ANOTHER master again. I was told: "the problem is with the backlight, you can give us your phone, but it's definitely not our fault, therefore we will charge a fee." I turned around and left. CONCLUSION: By trusting this organization, you will waste a lot of time, nerves, and money. They will give 10,000 reasons why something went wrong, backing it up in professional terms, and even if they are wrong, they will still be able to persuade you to their point of view. Avoid this service and do not fall into the trap of "we have the best prices in the city." There are no miracles. The guys were very disappointed, but they encouraged me to give such a long and detailed review.
