Agreeing with the previous speaker about the "originality" of the recognizable "overweight staff", I will add that the authorities of the mentioned one would like to express an urgent request to control the behavior of employees of exchange offices (both this one and, in particular, the second one in the same shopping center), who, by the way, are the face of the organization.
Accordingly, when already at such an early stage the client is faced with outright rudeness on the part of this most bloated "person", who initially did not even deign to detach himself from incredibly important activities on his phone, being - that's so unexpected! - at the workplace in the middle of the working day, - for one desire to somehow interact with this particular bank, one becomes ashamed because of banal self-respect.
