A terrible operator, I wouldn't have said that a couple of years ago. A constant drop in speed in the evening. The application processing time is A WEEK!!!! And this is in the city center! That is, if you work remotely and you have a breakdown, take a vacation. They waited two weeks for the connection to resume, after a couple of weeks of use, the Internet stopped working, but the matrix services are working - they created an application in tech support, they say to wait 7 days… I don't understand the people who put up with all this, and I'll change my provider soon. If you need a stable Internet with a customer-oriented service, this is not about matrix.

When the operator Sergey answered us, we were incredibly happy, but when he entered the last four characters of the mac address, we were just over the moon with happiness. THE INTERNET HAS STARTED WORKING!!!!! But another problem has arisen. We don't know how to contact the operator Sergey to thank him and invite him to the sauna for crayfish and beer. The only advantage in this company is the staff: both technical support and cashiers are very polite, tactful, and patient. We have wasted our time, now we need to call specialists again so that the cable is conducted in a human way. At whose expense will the stupid master's joint be paid? At the expense of the client, of course. We received neither compensation nor apologies. We thought about changing the provider even before we had time to use the services.

It's just a horror, not a provadier, really. Technical support - everything is polite, competent - there are no questions, and the provision of services from the provider does not pull even 1 star. I'm really looking forward to other providers coming to us so that I can look forward to switching to them. Let them be twice as expensive - it doesn't matter, the main thing is that they are reliable. And so, the Matrix and reliability are incompatible things today.

Now the application for a non-working Internet (Kiev district) has been hanging for more than 2 weeks, wait for the answer....although they promised to come and fix it up to 10 days. Every call to the support service is a shift in the repair period in a big way. They repair only in the central districts, and the Kirovsky district of Donetsk is not mandatory for them.
