The biggest plus is the location of the hotel. Nearby there is a gorgeous promenade with parks and waterfalls, many cafes and restaurants, and a bus stop. It is a 10-minute drive to Lara Beach and a 20-minute drive to the Old Town. The hotel is clean and has everything you need: a balcony, a TV, a hairdryer, shampoos, and slippers.
One of the disadvantages is a weak Wi-Fi and a view from some rooms to the wall of the neighboring house.

A very intimate hotel. We stayed for 1 night before departure. The man at the reception (most likely the owner) met, explained everything, showed. The next day, he called us a taxi and asked the driver to clarify which terminal our flight was departing from. Definitely worth the money.

Good staff helped to carry the suitcase, as there is no elevator. The room is ordinary, the mattress was not comfortable unfortunately. For 25€ it is a very good option. They gave me a bottle of water when I asked. In general, I can recommend it. The price-quality is consistent.
