I do not recommend their repair service!!!The prices are draconian!!!They make money even out of thin air, not doing anything, supposedly diagnostics.He took off the water heater himself, opened it and determined the breakdown, the diophragma broke, which he told them about.I took it to them myself...half an hour later they call and say the job costs 9,000 tenge.I was shocked and refused to pay 2,000 tenge then. for the alleged diagnosis.I asked why such prices are in a pandemic or something...they replied that they were given such prices by the management, I realized that they had very greedy bosses.I marked the screws and screws when I opened them myself, I looked at the houses untouched...but, 2,000 tenge. I gave it away for the alleged diagnosis.I bought a diaphragm for 800tg. and he changed it himself...Private traders charge 5,000 tenge at home without dismantling the column with a call and work on site for such repairs.9,000 tenge. very much for an 800 tenge spare part and its replacement.2,000 tenge.for the diagnosis, which was not done...By the way, a diaphragm repair kit with a stem costs from 1,500 to 2,000 tenge.and an hour of work itself.In the COVID-19 pandemic, there is only hope for yourself...I do not believe such businessmen who cry that their lives are very bad now and ask for help from the state, at our own expense...Sorry for the detailed description.The choice is yours, people.

And I wouldn't have come across all this if it weren't for the bestial cost of shipping in 4k tenge in this company. The same Kazpost charges 650 tenge for delivery.
