I say, "Then give me a ticket for tomorrow," and in response I get, "I TOLD YOU, TOMORROW FROM 8 to 12." Question: why can't I, a working person who doesn't have the opportunity to sit in a live queue for 3 hours, take any coupon??? Why does no one explain to me if the coupons have run out, or are they issued from 8 a.m., or is there always a live queue here? Disgusting. And, judging by the rest of the reviews, these "female generals" at the registry have long forgotten about their work duties.

And then I go to continue my treatment to a doctor with a residence permit. And I have to explain everything all over again.
Why is it impossible to attach to the site at will, and not forcibly by passport? I moved to a distance of 2 houses in the same area and was transferred to another doctor..
