Good afternoon, we applied for a replacement timing belt for golf 6 at the address of Gintovt 1 to your service, and faced a terrible situation that we have never encountered , my parents turned there, they are already retired and I am their son , so I will deal with this situation to the end and I will not just leave it, it is already the second week of repair , my mother has sore legs , she travels from work and to work by taxi these 2 weeks, the second week and the car is not made ...., an employee named Victor took up this job , namely, I describe the situation , according to the employee , a new kit for which 850 b.r. was paid ( found out in the store in the armtek, kits from 200p to 700p for the original are the most expensive) but it does not fit on the car, the star is different and there is no second chain in the kit !!!! How was he going to make a replacement without a chain???!!! why not replace the store with the right kit?!?!? Probably because it was purchased by hand!!! My dad said he still had the old kit and he would bring it to compare with the new one, he brought the old kit by taxi back and forth, and really not at all, as a result, what your employee does, he puts a star and chain from the old kit, in fact, an old part that needed to be replaced with a new one!!!! and the new star that did not fit gives him .... what to do with it !?!?!? The quality of dry cleaning leaves the best. The prices are higher than the market, but there are still a lot of flaws (taking into account that I had to point the finger at the flaws).
The seat rails and the spare tire space were not cleaned between the seats.
There are no special questions about washing the engine (we only washed what is visible from above)
The door spaces (where the fasteners are) were not washed outside the sink.
When changing the oil, liters were filled according to the engine standards (for dry!), not taking into account that oil remains in the engine when draining, as a result, the MAX oil mark is higher.

I applied several times until I formed a general opinion for myself. As a result, I can say that I was satisfied every time. Replacing oil and other technical fluids is a more than humane price tag. In any case, it cost me 15-20 percent more in other places. My last visit was for an oil change and suspension diagnostics after the winter. During the diagnosis, they revealed that the so-called masters in other services did not notice at close range. So my respect to the master. The only drawback (refers to the autumn, winter and early spring periods) is the lack of a client area. The placement of the order table is not taken into account . The wind rose here is such that it blows if you are outside, be healthy. It's not bad in the summer, but in the rest of the seasons it's like that.. But, again, if we are talking about the quality of work (I have not tried the sink, so I am not talking about it) - in my opinion, the rating is "excellent".

But what was very frustrating- I asked to dry the price immediately rose from 18 to 30. But at the same time, for some reason, the sink remained at the same level as I asked only to wash it from a larger one, without additional steps, without openings, without carpets.
