The hotel did not like the word at all, the staff is the worst that I have ever met. Hospitality is not "NOT" heard in this hotel. The hotel claims to be the best hotel in Armenia, but in fact a banal hotel. The rooms are small, the SPA area is periodically dirty. There is no parking as such, spontaneous near the hotel. There is nothing to choose for breakfast during the week, monotonous, nothing changes, the staff is slow. Fitness a tiny gym, a couple of exercise machines (Treadmill, Bike, Ellipse, Climber and one more) The quality of sleep leaves much to be desired, we did not get enough sleep at all during the week, all nights without Sleep. The big problem in the hotel is with the water being cold or hot. The manager needs to be changed.

The hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan. The hotel staff is very polite and friendly. The room is cleaned thoroughly. There is a coffee maker and a kettle. Mineral water, coffee, tea, and sugar are brought to the room daily. The interior is very beautiful, everything is comfortable for living. Everything for personal hygiene is provided: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, cotton pads, chopsticks, shower caps. There are always fresh flowers in the lobby. The hotel made a very pleasant impression.
