I'm like an ice cream sommelier, I'm sorry, it didn't go at all.maybe it was the wrong choice.
I took one ball of mulled wine and one ball of blue cheese.
The mulled wine turned out to be sorbet, not ice cream, which I was not warned about.
In the blue cheese with pear and walnut, there was no taste of blue cheese.
