I liked the place, the food was very tasty, thanks to the chefs, attentive and friendly waiter, served wonderfully, did not wait long.
Delicious cocktails, a hookah was picked up wonderfully, and a flower vase was also provided.. The reality exceeded expectations, and we made a discount in honor of the birthday.

A nice shelf with books. The hookah man changed the coals quite often. The waiter was wondering if everything was OK, what else to bring. Otherwise, everything is bad.
The place smells of urine.
We ordered burgers by the company, they were all dry and terribly burnt, we had to tear off the fumes from the bun in order to feel something besides it.
Caesar with shrimp also left much to be desired.
Napoleon is from the "well, normal" category.
Cheese slicing is a fierce laugh.
The service is infinitely long. There was no one in the place, and orders took forever.
There was always garbage and extra dishes on the table, I had to ask for something to be removed. Without a request, everything continued to remain on the table.
For Minsk, of course, the weather is very bad.

Excellent location, stylish interior. I am very sorry for the business owners who invested the money, but due to the negligent attitude of the staff, the institution leaves the worst impression it has ever had.
We had a company of 10 people and we had never seen such disgusting service in Minsk.
The hookah was on the 3rd out of 10, for all the time the coals were not changed for us, only on request, and from the second time the coals were replaced for us (the coals were not fresh, it seemed that they were brought from a used hookah)
The waiter is not interested in his job at all, although he could receive generous tips.
Dirty dishes and empty coke cans were not cleaned for 5 hours, nobody brought napkins for the evening, although they passed by us every 5-7 minutes to the washing area.
If you're thinking about what's wrong, because the gym was completely empty on Friday night, then start with the staff. Unfortunately, the waiter doesn't care about the impression of the guests.

On the plus side, there are very few people on Friday evening, so you can choose a place that you like. The sofas are comfortable, the interior is quite stylish. The menu is very small, and the selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is very modest. There are not enough sets of light snacks, there is only one, even for 750 grams, but it feels like it is the weight along with the stone board on which the dish is located.
The hookah is medium. The first one was not bad, the second one was asked to be made stronger, and as a result it turned out to be weaker than the previous one. Unclear. And a huge disadvantage - there was a sewer draining from the toilet across the hall along the corridor. Not much, but very unpleasant.

It's a pity that once a good institution was so ruined. The waiters work disgustingly, in order to get the menu and place an order, I had to wait half an hour and go to the bar several times in search of a waiter.
The food quality is terrible, the burger is impossible to hold in your hands, and the Caesar has rotten shrimp. To my comment about the quality of the shrimp, the waiter sharply replied, "that can't be," no apologies, no attempts to figure it out, no discounts. There were no beef patties for the burger, they offered to make it with chicken, but for the same price.
In the end, the terminal also broke, but that was the least of our problems.
I have no desire to go there anymore, it's amazing how there are still visitors in this place.

Hookah is smoked everywhere, I didn't really like it, because we are not amateurs, and the smoke is annoying, especially the bar in the basement. The food is served quickly. The bill is brought in an original way, in an old Dickens book. The waiters are polite. Overall, I liked it. I especially advise those who smoke hookah :)

One of the most atmospheric hookah bars in Minsk. I love this place. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, you can do a photo shoot anywhere in the establishment. Unlike most establishments where the hall is in the open space format, there are many cozy nooks. Good ventilation, no smoke and odors.
Hookahs are not expensive and bombastic. The food is the same at altitude. The prices are average. The service is without comments.
