A small, cozy hotel, just a few rooms.
Of the advantages
1. The rooms are warm, you can wear a T-shirt (we were in the middle of March)
2. Clean and cozy
3. Very comfortable beds. I slept very sweetly
4. Good internet connection
5. There is a freight elevator, you do not need to carry your own suitcases.
6. Very friendly administrators, always ready to resolve any issue. We were treated to delicious coffee, delicious Hasmik pie and local cognac (just a little bit). We were touched by their hospitality.
7. On their recommendation, we took individual excursions with Ike. I recommend. A man with a good sense of humor and love for his country.
8. Breakfast is included. True, there was no choice, but they cooked different things every day. They always provided yogurt, pastries and the main course (omelette/buckwheat with sausages...)
The hotel is a bit far from the center. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the top of the cascade. Therefore, we walked to the city in the morning, and returned by transport or taxi.

Friendly and courteous staff.
A good location relative to the top places in Yerevan: 30 minutes of quiet walking down the cascade and you are in the center of the Armenian capital's life.
The room (for furniture and repairs) corresponds to the photo - we had a 2-bed economy room with a shared bathroom..
And then the cons from me (even though I'm not particularly picky):
1. the cleanliness of the bathroom leaves much to be desired (no one washed the sink in 3 days), the room is also clean at first glance, and under the bed (while I was looking for the Armenian dramas that rolled away) and the dust of the tumbleweed, and a toy lost by someone earlier, and the hair
2. the sheet on the bed was a separate horror for me - this silk was constantly gathering into a ball during sleep, and in fact I slept on a bare mattress (I recommend owners to get stretch sheets or cotton bedding of a larger size)
3. in the kitchen, on chairs around the dining table and on the radiator, clothes, bed linen, and socks are constantly dried after washing.. Why not set aside a separate area for these needs?!
4. I can't say anything about breakfast, because I warned the receptionist that we would leave early in the morning for an excursion, we agreed that we would pick up our breakfast for dinner.. The administrator changed, the newcomer turned out to be out of touch, so they gave out 1 yogurt, a piece of bread, 1 melted yantar cheese and 1 chokopie each.
5. 1 towel per person, wipe whatever you want: either your face, legs, or some other part of your body. You should not count on slippers or shower gel. Although there was a bathrobe, however, without a sash (and buttons)
