the room is clean and spacious. the declared refrigerator is missing. the safe is in the closet - it just lies there, not fixed in any way. the safe is very small - take it and take it away. towels are already with protruding threads - they clearly need to be replaced. inside the hotel, everything is in gold - of course, expensive-rich. the breakfast is generally decent, there are not enough stars from the sky, but even fruits are in the assortment. large cups for tea, which is a huge plus for me - I don't like to drink from beakers. there is even loose tea - but there is no teapot. the attitude of the staff is complete stupidity. It was announced in advance - the acceptance of plastic cards from the Russian Federation. I even asked again - I wrote off in their favorite wozzap. I'm arriving at 4 a.m. No, we don't accept anymore, we changed our shoes and decided like this. but to warn - no, we do not warn. It is also important for those who are light sleepers: the rooms are sooo noisy!! or this river, as it were, even through the closure of the glass. Either the air conditioner is the cheapest and very noisy. it is also very dark in the windows - the window does not open completely, and there is a thick, dense tinting film on the glass. It seems, even on the sunniest day, that the weather apocalypse is about to begin outside. Bottom line: you can live. but if there is an alternative, it is better not to come here. and ask for a room NOT with a view of the river

The hotel is not bad, but if you are allergic to dust or asthma, you definitely cannot come here! They clean poorly, there is dust all around. Positive:

- I liked the area;
- You can see the mountains from the window when there is no smog
Minuses:
- The people at the reception do not show any interest in helping the guests at all;
- The mattress was badly sagged;
- The breakfast food is so-so. The choice is small and not tasty. Cheap sliced sausage, sausages, porridge, scrambled eggs and omelette are from the main course.. Juices for breakfast are some kind of chemical something, not juice;
- For some reason, the cleaning in the room was in the evening - around 17-00. After a while, they will forget to leave new slippers, then a toothbrush;
- If you have windows on the embankment, it's very noisy at night from the river, it's hard to fall asleep with the window open;
- they give 0.5 bottles of water per person per day, if you want more, it's for a fee. At the same time, there was 1 bag of green tea and 1 bag of black tea in the room;
- there was an old air conditioner in the room, which made a lot of noise when working;
- the room was obviously poorly cleaned before my check-in - there was a receipt from previous tenants on the floor. In addition, the grille on the hood in the bathroom was black with dirt;
- the website indicates that there is a sauna, in fact - it is either under repair, or it is not there at all;
Total: for such a price and with 4 stars, I clearly expected more

I'll start with the most important thing, why I put 1 star: DECEPTION. I booked 2 rooms through the hotel's website, I received a confirmation letter for 150 thousand tenge. Upon check-in at the reception, they offered to pay 176 thousand. Apparently, the calculation is that after an overnight flight at 6 a.m. local time (3 Moscow time), no one will check and even more so argue. To be honest, I did so, I took out a map, but recently the maps of the WORLD do not pass. We agreed to pay later. In the morning, I checked the amount from the letter, realized that they were trying to cheat me. Upon eviction, they again offered to pay 176 thousand, I refused, to which they told me that I had not taken into account the city tax. I asked to calculate the amount of tax for me and it turned out that it was 1200 tenge, not 26 thousand))) They didn't argue, but no one apologized either.
Otherwise:
1) the room is clean, except that there was a woman's hair on the wall in the shower. It didn't overshadow me much, but there is something to work on.
2) the sound insulation is good, I didn't hear anyone, although there were a lot of guests in the hotel.
3) it was +40-42 outside and the air conditioner was working! It was consistently cold in the room - thanks for that!
4) the breakfast is decent, without frills, but everything is delicious, there is plenty to choose from.
5) towels are all fresh, not washed, as well as bed linen. No odors or stains.
If it wasn't for the fact that you tried to cheat me twice, everything would be fine. In general, you can stop if you are vigilant. The location is convenient, the price / quality is on the level.
