Pilaf is just a fire, the portions are large, so I recommend taking one serving for two or even three, be sure to carry a fresh cucumber and tomato salad, work starts at 11:00 and until the pilaf ends, it often ends by two o'clock, so fit into this relatively small segment time to taste the really delicious Bukhara pilaf.

I visited this institution today. The staff is polite, the service is fast, although the menu was not given, but I already knew what exactly I wanted to try, and this is Bukhara pilaf, achik chuchuk salad and black tea with lemon. What I want to say: I really liked the pilaf itself, it's delicious and not greasy, but to be honest, the Tashkent (wedding) one is still winning, the salad is also good, the tomatoes are delicious, fresh. In general, everything is delicious, everything is edible. I recommend. You won't regret coming. By the way, the prices are fully adequate, for less than 60,000 soums.

The pilaf is average, it was tastier in Kazakhstan, and there was more meat in Astana. I also didn't like that they ordered a large portion, and we ordered a small one. Counting the big one. The price difference is small, but a small portion was not enough for 2 adults. The service is terrible. I went up to the waiter 2 times, everyone who came 5-10 minutes later had already brought pilaf, we did not.

Bukhara pilaf is COOKED! Moreover, all the ingredients are separate! Mix shortly before serving. Therefore, it is more dietary, not so fatty (if anyone is interested). I don't know if Bukhara pilaf is served here, but everything is edible. I recommend.
