If someone asks "where is the most delicious pilaf in Bukhara?", then everyone unequivocally answers "in the pilaf".
Now I will express only my subjective opinion. But no! Pilaf, of course, nothing. But you can't call it insanely tasty. I tried 4 pilafs in Bukhara and this is the third one at best.
The service is also questionable, because the flow of people is large and the attitude corresponds to this. Waiters are quite indifferent to visitors even at the time of ordering, and even more so after that.
Therefore, the impressions of the institution are questionable.

The best place in Bukhara where pilaf is cooked. We arrived at exactly 12 o'clock, all three halls were occupied. I had to wait a little bit. Visit from 11 to 15, but it is better not to delay, otherwise you will stay at the broken trough (empty cauldron).
A serving of 350 grams is just right for one adult man. If desired, kazy or quail eggs will be added. The service is just great.
Also on the menu is a wonderful okroshka on ayran. And also a gorgeous black tea with lemon and honey - for a drink.
It is recommended to visit
without fail!!!

Very tasty pilaf! For me, the most delicious thing I've tasted in 3 weeks in Uzbekistan!it is considered "dietary". They work from 11 to 15, there are no places for lunch, but the queue moves quickly. The order is delivered almost instantly. You can take a serving, or you can take 0.7 of a serving (even it is difficult to eat it). In addition, there is a fresh salad, suzma, pickled vegetables. If you order tea, it is brought sweet by default, specify this point, I forgot 2 times out of 3, but I can't stand sweet. In the photo, the portion is 0.7.

A restaurant that is open only at lunch, because speech and pilaf. The staff is brash as a bullet, sharp. The pilaf is wonderful, it covers all the "but", but:
1. A full serving will tear you in half without tea (preferably green).
2. Achichuk salad is more like slicing tomatoes and cucumbers without the sharpness of chili pepper, but the local vegetables are delicious.
3. The tortilla in my case turned out to be hard (usually even the middle is soft, but here is a dwarf pie).

Bukhara pilaf 0.7 portion costs 29,000, the whole - 30,000. It is less fat than Syktyvkar.
We went in on a weekday at 13:30. There are no seats, we had to wait 5 minutes. It was not entirely clear where the queue of those who wanted to sit down was.
Tables and appliances are very clean, this is monitored. After ordering, the dishes were brought very quickly.

We were in Bukhara in May 2023 and had lunch at The Pilaf. In Uzbekistan, they also ate pilaf in Tashkent and Samarkand, but pilaf in this place is #1. It was the most delicious pilaf in my life, it just melted in my mouth + very tasty flatbread and compote. Thanks!

We've been to this cafe twice - delicious pilaf! It is advisable to come no later than 12-12:30, otherwise you will not sit down! And after 14 hours there may no longer be pilaf. Take a quail egg and kazy to the pilaf. The waiters recommend taking a portion of 0.7, but I immediately realized that you don't need to listen, but you need to take a full portion per person - it's so delicious that you can't stop!
