The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Astana surpassed my expectations with luxury and impeccable service. The location in the city center, with a beautiful view of the capital's landscape from the rooms, is a huge plus. One of the best Ritz-Carlton hotels.
Lovely bright lobby, fast and friendly reception.
The executive suite room is very large and bright, with a beautiful view of Bayterek. The interior is modern with a large seating area and a large dining table. Large and bright bathrooms with showers/bathtubs.
Bed and pillows 5*
The staff is positive and attentive, they reacted on time and eliminated our comments. There is something to improve in the breakfast service.
I would recommend this hotel to the guests!

The service at the Ritz-Carlton is top notch. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Upon check-in, I was greeted with a smile, and the staff did everything possible to meet my needs, from arranging a transfer to making recommendations on local attractions.
Rooms
The room I stayed in was equipped with everything I needed. The spacious bedroom with a magnificent view of the Ishim River was decorated in a modern style with elements of Kazakh culture. A comfortable bed with high-quality linens ensured a sound sleep, and the bathroom had luxurious toiletries.
Services
The Ritz-Carlton Astana offers a wide range of services. I took advantage of the spa treatments and it was a real bliss. Professional massage therapists helped me relax after a long day. The rooftop pool with panoramic views of the city has also become a great place to relax.
Restaurants
The culinary offerings of the hotel do not leave anyone indifferent. I visited the MÖM restaurant, where I tasted Kazakh and international cuisine. Every bite was expertly prepared and served, and the atmosphere was cozy and stylish. The breakfast was also impressive: a variety of dishes, freshly squeezed juices and delicious pastries – all this creates the perfect morning.
Location
The hotel is conveniently located, allowing easy access to the main attractions of Astana, such as Baytek and Khan Shatyr. Walking along the Ishim River, especially in the evening, was a real pleasure.

The rooms are very beautiful. The breakfasts are delicious (cheesecakes are wonderful).
The service is a bit weak. We moved with an infant 3 times. Once it was very cold in the room, the second time there was a wedding downstairs and the noise reached the 4th floor. After we were moved to the 12th floor (thanks, but we waited 20 minutes or more for each of our moves), We had to call and wait for feedback every time, dial again and again, each time a different manager and repeat the story over and over again.
They also ordered a meal in the room, the total bill came out over 100k:
The steaks were delicious, but the salad next to it was not worth the money (weak serving)
Tiramisu is very tasty!

The food in the restaurant ruined all the impressions. An Italian restaurant, actually not Italian at all. There are no traditional sea bass and dorado on the menu. Pasta frutti de Mare with shrimp not peeled from the black intestine, the other pasta with radu and truffle is very fatty, overcooked and does not look appetizing.
The local chef of the restaurant informed us that traditionally in Italy, shrimp are not cleaned, and no one has complained yet (this is a common explanation of people in principle when you comment on the service)
It is a pity that the hotel administration did not clarify how Italian dishes are actually prepared.
