5 days at St Regis Moscow , was amazing Stay , amazing staff, very friendly helpful hotel crew , we had really nice times in the hotel
Excellent hotel amenities as well as the room amenities
Perfect location just few minutes to main shopping street nickolskaya , Red Square, and more city attractions, for sure our upcoming stay will be in St Regis Moscow

Hotel is perfect , all the stuff are helpful and the are always smile face the are not rude at all ( and i want to thanks so much for ( GIZA) the waitress at the breakfast restaurant She is respectful, polite, and always loves to help. She always has a smiling face.)

I don’t know where to start , from the first moment Murat from the help desk was helping us with everything and all my worries about our first visit to Moscow and helped me with all sort of things on my phone such as transportation apps and how to exchange money and get a phone SIM card.
Then Inna from the concierge was helping me on daily basis with theatre booking, restaurant and river cruise bookings and everything she recommended was top.
Finally I just wanted to say that I’ve been to almost all the top hotels and palace hotels all around the world but such smiling helpful services from everyone working in your premises was way over expectations and you gave me the best 6 nights holiday ever.
Will keep on recommending your hotel to everyone I know.
The only downside maybe which is something minor is that I couldn’t get the Bonvoy points for my stay , but I do understand the situation and it was explained to me in a very professional way from the reception staff when checking in.
