I signed up for a salon advertising "manicure + pedicure in 4 hands for 19 thousand drams", and in the end they charged me 33 thousand drams, this is the most expensive manicure with pedicure in Yerevan.
And I was not told that they would ask for 19 thousand just for a pedicure.
Moreover, it was the first time I was faced with the fact that they charged me for coffee in the salon.
No money was taken from any salon. And here they asked for 1,500 for cappuccino.
And they were very obsessively trying to sell hair cosmetics, shoving it into my hands.
In general, I left with an unpleasant feeling that I had just been fooled😒
The manicure is for three, the gel polish is numb and it was not removed for me. I won't go to this salon anymore, it's an unpleasant feeling when they cheat like that and try to get as much money out of the client as possible. And I don't advise anyone.

I did not like the manicure, when asked by the master how you like it: thin or thick, I said that I like normal ones to be worn. I was doing a "manicure/base/top". As a result, the nails are all different, in places bumps, in places dips.

A great salon, I have been going to Margarita's manicure for a year and a half. The manicure is very neat, it does not damage my thin skin, everything is neat, it fulfills all wishes. The durability on the Luxio coating is beyond praise, it lasts quietly for 4 weeks or longer. The quality is excellent: alignment, under the cuticle - everything is at the level of Russian masters.

I visited the salon on Moskovyan Street. Manicures and pedicures were done in 4 hands. The pedicure went well, but I had no luck with the manicure right away. I wanted to do a stamping, but the master did not succeed. It looks like the stamping gel was expired. Well, okay, sometimes we didn't catch up. But then another problem, for some reason the gel began to dry very badly on the nails, in the middle of the procedure it turned out that half of the lamps were not working. The master tried to fix everything, but in this situation it was just necessary to redo everything, and after that other clients were already waiting for me. The manicure turned out to be very messy. The administrator was able to offer me only a 20% discount on the following procedure. I paid the full amount for the poor quality service, and the low-quality manicure was estimated at 80% of the stated price. I have no complaints about the master, I understand that it is very difficult to work with low-quality material and equipment. But the desire to come to the salon again has completely disappeared.

Before this training, I took courses, after which I was never able to do a clean manicure and an even coating. It seems like they gave a lot of information, but in fact it turned out that it was just water, which did not help much in the work.
From the first hours of training, I felt how Victoria likes the work she does, and this is the main thing)
She approached the training with such dedication that I didn't even want to finish it🥺
I initially came with a specific problem, which we solved at the end of the training.
There was a lot of new information, which Victoria clearly explained and put on the shelves.
At the end of my studies, I didn't have a single question that I couldn't answer.

Hello! A review on the topic of piercing. I did helix in the middle of February. In June, the piercing started to hurt, but since I no longer live in Yerevan, it was not possible to enter the salon. It's September 6th and I finally got to see a piercer here. It turned out that my helix was not a helix at all, but a flat. And the flat is prone to migration, which is why my piercing is skewed. And in general, the decoration was too big for such a puncture. In addition, the decoration was made of steel, and the standard is titanium. Because of the steel, there could be suppuration (which was).
It is sad that I was not warned about the consequences (but should have been told about migration), and also put an ornament made of unsuitable material. I do not recommend piercing non-lobes. They are difficult to spoil and the pierced lobe feels fine here.

I was on different procedures on December 26 and 28.
Manicure is a thick layer of materials, the nails turned out to be buttons, not natural. It is naturally more difficult to do, the master is not highly qualified.
Pedicure - each nail was made of a different length and shape.
Eyebrow coloring and lamination - I had it done for an hour and a half!!! When everything came off a month later, I discovered how many hairs on top of the eyebrow had been removed, which spoiled the shape of the eyebrows.
The cherry on the cake is the story about hair removal. Polymer wax is not used in the salon, it is oil wax and it is applied only to the lips with a deep bikini, everything on the sides and other areas are made with incomprehensible cutridge wax. Master Tatiana has absolutely no technique, tries not to peel off the frozen wax, does it in small pieces, the pain is incredible, which should not be with real polymer wax. It was originally recorded for Diana, an incomprehensible substitution of the master happened.
As compensation, I was offered a facial massage as a gift, Melania performed the massage, a week later a rash occurred all over the lower part of my face, which had never happened in my life. There was a big question about quality
the care products used for the massage.
Until recently, this salon was not marked on the map, there was nowhere to leave a review. This place is still not marked on Google maps. I think it was done on purpose so that a beautiful Instagram account and unskilled craftsmen could hide outright failures. The place is based on the flow of people, not on quality.
Here's the question - did the salon owner go through all these procedures with the same craftsmen and the same materials? And then did you do the same procedures in more professional places to compare and evaluate the skills of your employees?

This was the most terrible procedure in my life, the master did not do a high-quality service, 20% of the hair was not removed, the breakdowns were not professional, Melania tried to remove the wax that had not yet frozen, applied the material 5 times to one area and could not remove all the hair. The question of how long you have been practicing was answered - for a long time, after my words that I was not comfortable and it hurt, the answer was that it was my skin, and how it might not hurt during the procedure. Customer focus is at a very low level. As a result, a spoiled mood, discomfort, bald patches, not wanting to come to the salon. Administrator Kristina, an excellent employee, calmed me down, tried to figure out the situation and make amends for what happened, I paid only part of the procedure, they offered not to pay at all, I refused. The most important thing is that Melania specializes in injection procedures, I'm afraid to imagine what this master can do. Earlier, I went to the second master Diana, everything was fine, she did her job well.
P.S. The head did not call to clarify the circumstances, either she was not informed, or this is the norm.
