Customer orientation is 0, they don't know their product from the word at all, they bring it without a box, and then they say we brought it assembled and paid the money for you. They do not offer free shipping ( as indicated on the website ), they say 20 rubles by mail.
We brought a bike with scratches! And the warranty period is 1 month!!! This is a children's transport, and not, as they say, they are a toy!
