Great hotel, in the center!
Cleaning every day without a reminder.The windows overlook the park.Only the breakfasts are monotonous)Everyone speaks Russian.Friendly at the reception.We will definitely come back to Baku and return to your hotel👍

I put two stars only because: 1. Good location, the very center, all attractions can be reached on foot. 2. Friendly staff. They did everything in their power.
This is where the advantages end. We were settled here only because the hotel we booked ran out of places. The old murdered room stock. There are broken tiles and mold in the bathroom. It smells like sewage. Torn and dirty towels in the room. The shower is leaking. Everything is cold at breakfast (even an omelet), the bread is stale. The only thing you can do is drink tea. Everything else (normal coffee) is for an additional fee. Hotel restaurant: the food is bad. There are a lot of places with delicious food and affordable prices nearby. How can this be a five-star hotel? The room costs $114 per night!

Booked from January 30th to January 4th. I called in advance on December 7 and asked to put 2 separate beds. On the phone, they explained everything will be OK. As a result, on December 30, they said they rented a room with 2 separate beds. There is only a double bed. At first I didn't like it, then I agreed.
Then he draws up the documents. There is a 2nd problem- mom does not have a covid passport. A citizen of Azerbaijan. Nowhere is it indicated that the visitor must have a covid passport. While we are solving this problem, we are sorting it out. The 3rd problem appears. Your reservation was canceled. I call the service provider, they say we have not canceled. In short, 29000 money was not returned, they were kicked out into the street, they were not allowed into the hotel, my room was most likely 100% rented 2 times more expensive to others. I don't recommend it. If you do not want to be left homeless and without money on the street, do not choose this hotel

The hotel does not pull on 5 stars in any way. The bed has never been changed in 3 days. Towels were given out for two - 2 bath and 1 (!) For hands. And also for 3 days! TV except YouTube and did not catch anything.

There are no windows in the rooms, but they made a dummy🤣well, it's fine to spend the night cleanly, but if it's for rest, I don't advise it. The staff is very polite.

Nice hotel. Conveniently located in the city center. But it does not pull 5 stars. At least because of the meager breakfast. During breakfast, a large cart with plastic bottles of water in a package was being driven through the restaurant hall. Couldn't it have been done later?! In the hall, the manager (or someone from the hotel management) held a mini-meeting with the cook, waiters.... Is this the norm for your hotel?? Coffee for breakfast is only the one they make themselves. If you want a cappuccino, you have to pay!! Is this the norm for a five-star hotel?! I know for sure that there is not....

It's so dirty and cramped in a five-star hotel that there are no words. And attention - there are two towels in the triple room. Two!!!! Nevertheless, I want to note the very friendly attitude of the staff! Thank them very much!

I really liked the hotel. The location is simply unique, and the shops and the embankment and the old town are all within walking distance. The breakfasts are excellent, varied and hearty. The rooms are clean, quiet and cozy. I will come there again.
