We took a 3d pen to a child for others. The seller did not warn anyone when handing over the goods. After carefully studying the instructions, we decided to try to turn it on, but the indicator did not light up (in the instructions it should have lit up immediately after switching on the network). Then I noticed that the power adapter in the instructions is 12V, and I have 5V. They decided that it was defective or the wrong kit and brought it back for replacement. The seller opened the box in front of me, connected the pen to the network and, pressing a couple of buttons, the pen lit up. When I asked why the operation does not match the description in the instructions, the seller replied: "we could watch it on YouTube." And to my indignation, why don't you warn customers in advance about the discrepancy, they replied: "I had to call, others are calling." The complaint book was not given, referring to the fact that the legal address of the sole proprietor in Brest is there and the book, go there. I never got an apology, the seller behaved as indifferently as possible and, in some places, boorishly.
