The kitchen is good, the rooms are pretty clean, although I would replace the cosmetics.
I would also replace the waiters and the administrator, whose customer orientation is well below zero.
In general, if you just need to have a snack or spend the night, then this is a good option, but if you are planning events, then I would not recommend it. It is strange that the owner does not conduct any training for employees who simply do not seem to understand how to communicate with customers and that in order to increase loyalty to the institution and the average check, they need to completely rebuild their views.

We decided to celebrate our birthday in a beautiful place in nature. We agreed in advance and discussed all the conditions. But the impression was spoiled by disrespectful service. In the evening it got colder, we asked to move from the gazebo to the hall. We were refused, although there were many tables available. In response, we were bullied. There is no desire to visit this institution anymore.

Well-groomed and beautiful territory, Playground, cozy rooms with everything you need, friendly and always ready to help staff. It's a great place. The hotel is located almost in a wooded area, which implies peace and quiet. But during our overnight stay in the restaurant (in the street pavilions), several events were celebrated at once (a wedding and something else), and the sounds of music were of course heard in the room with the window open. This did not allow you to get a good night's sleep and spoiled the impression a little. But overall the place is great.

From the good, polite and helpful staff, picturesque and well-maintained territory of the complex. Good repair and clean rooms.
Unfortunately, there was no opportunity to evaluate the kitchen and bar.
The minus was insignificant, we lived in the 9th room on the top floor. The ceiling was at an angle, and with a height of 183 it was not convenient for me to take a shower, brush my teeth, I had to bend over. Since we stopped by for the night, it doesn't really matter, if we were shooting for a week, I think it would start to piss me off.
