We arrived with the problem of the box (CVT), the diagnosis showed indistinctly, so it was decided to open the pallet of the box and look at the presence of metal chips in the box, as well as put additional cooling on the radiator of the box (600-700rub), after a day or two it became clear that this did not help, they did not give guarantees that it would help, but we understood this ourselves, which may not help, a month later we noticed smudges on the pallet of the box, it became clear that something was wrong (a decision was already made in another service (not with them) about a new box), a new box came, when removing it it was clear that I did not have a heat exchanger boxes, after which I dialed on tiptronic and was told that it was impossible to install an additional radiator for cooling the box without removing it, and they said that they might have thrown it into the trunk (it wasn't there, you can hardly miss that), after which they said we would look (through the weekend), as a result there is no heat exchanger (a new geely emgrand 7 <ss11> car, basically all spare parts in the cabin for a lot of money 300-400 rubles), when installing an additional cooling radiator, not a word was said about removing and confiscating the native heat exchanger, In General, this service is dead to me since it started leaking from the pallet of the box within a month and stolen a native heat exchanger. The position of the director, we have done our job, and the fact that we broke during the repair process is your problem, we are not a hundred, we only repair the automatic transmission, then these are your problems. Boorish attitude towards the client, the director raises his voice to the clients and does not offer any solutions. There is only one normal manager and no leadership. I strongly advise against it.
