Disgusting attitude towards customers when problematic issues arise. The heat exchanger in the automatic transmission was replaced and the engine cooling system was drained as a result of the replacement. They returned the car in a faulty condition without warning. In the process of driving by car, I called the staff of the service station and explained what happened. They suggested that if the problem does not go away, drive up to solve it. The next day, the problem naturally did not go away, I came to this service and by and large was sent. They said it wasn't their fault and that it probably was. The service station master and the director behaved extremely incorrectly, raised their voices and did not offer anything to solve the problem. They said it was my problem, do whatever you want. I definitely do not recommend this service station. The competence of employees is 0.

We arrived with the problem of the box (CVT), the diagnosis showed indistinctly, so it was decided to open the pallet of the box and look at the presence of metal chips in the box, as well as put additional cooling on the radiator of the box (600-700rub), after a day or two it became clear that this did not help, they did not give guarantees that it would help, but we understood this ourselves, which may not help, a month later we noticed smudges on the pallet of the box, it became clear that something was wrong (a decision was already made in another service (not with them) about a new box), a new box came, when removing it it was clear that I did not have a heat exchanger boxes, after which I dialed on tiptronic and was told that it was impossible to install an additional radiator for cooling the box without removing it, and they said that they might have thrown it into the trunk (it wasn't there, you can hardly miss that), after which they said we would look (through the weekend), as a result there is no heat exchanger (a new geely emgrand 7 <ss11> car, basically all spare parts in the cabin for a lot of money 300-400 rubles), when installing an additional cooling radiator, not a word was said about removing and confiscating the native heat exchanger, In General, this service is dead to me since it started leaking from the pallet of the box within a month and stolen a native heat exchanger. They are still talking about searching...

I came with a specific problem with the operation of the automatic transmission, they said that you need to pay for the diagnosis first (which is quite normal), but after I said that I had done the diagnosis earlier, and according to the result of the diagnosis, they only told me that my box was defective and needed to be repaired (which I understandably knew), the master told me that they could not help with the repair. The question "why" was answered: "we DON'T know how to repair such boxes." For reference: The AISIN U760E automatic transmission is installed on almost all TOYOTA models. Such a HUNDRED!

I changed the solenoids and oil in al4.The oil was poured into 500 ml. Because of this, the box started to fail. They said like everything is fine, they did it and we need to disassemble the whole box and look for the reason (more than 3000 rubles)... I went to the guys in the hayloft on the automatic transmission ... they took out a dipstick and drained the excess.it turned out to be about 500 ml..and the oil that was poured into the tiptronics is not of the best quality... Maybe even boo... Take care of your car... Don't fall for such losers... If they can't properly change the solenoids with oil in al4, then it will be more difficult with the boxes.

I waited for the call, they called from the service station, they say come, we'll show and tell everything, my automatic transmission is naked on the table to the screw, they showed a malfunction, then they took me to the car, they showed me what caused this malfunction. We returned to the acceptance, announced the price for spare parts, I gave the go-ahead and went home. The native automatic transmission fluid cooling system was redone, which I recommend everyone to do before it's too late!!!, I took it from the repair on a specified day. We immediately indicated that, depending on the cost of repairs, we might want to change the box to another (used) one. Charged 5K+ BYN for repairs! We say OK, we will put another box, they refused to change it! They also refused to provide the numbers of their spare parts and suppliers.
