A couple of years ago, I changed the battery inside their case ....changed it, checked for tightness...like everything is OK. It's a good thing I don't swim in them, even though I can swim and dive. I arrived on March 9th to change the battery again. They changed it ....they take it out and say: the battery was changed, but I had to change the O-ring under the case because there was a valve on it and they were not airtight!!! Am I saying how? I changed your battery, you checked for leaks and everything is OK.. And after that, no one got in there. ....so either that's how they check for leaks...or he broke the ring during the autopsy.... The workshop looks solid... in the capital..... I paid for the replacement of the battery, for the battery itself, for the replacement of the strap and for the ring....80 bel rub and left.....

I contacted here for the first and last time, they didn't help with the repair of the watch, they kept it for three days, they didn't call themselves, and when I decided to clarify myself, they said take it away, we can't help. In another service, it took 15 minutes to repair the watch.

I would like to write about my visit to this "wonderful" place almost exactly a year ago, 03/19/2023. I was choosing a watch for my young man's anniversary, I was with my friends, we came from St. Petersburg to see Minsk for the first time for a couple of days. I only had a screenshot of the watch, which I wanted to show to the consultant and get help in choosing. I was ready to spend a large sum, but alas)) A very self-confident brunette consultant pointed out to me that this is not Tissot, but Swiss Military in an absolutely boorish way in the style of +- literally "Girl, are you sure that you are here? There is a completely different icon here, be careful")) To be honest, I thought I was imagining it. But when my friends and I came out of your, I repeat, "wonderful"))) a boutique (!) with highly qualified, trained and polite staff, we had only one question: "What was that?", and they asked me how I restrained myself and did not get rude in response to your employee. Alas, I did not remember the name, but I remembered this situation very, very well). By the way, I could have bought a Tissot watch, if your consultants had shown minimal respect, and as a result, by the way, I bought it, however, at the airport, where I was provided with a higher standard of service. I hope you fired the girl, because if there is a bottom, she broke it.
