The record for the tasteless shawarma has been broken!!!
Today, on March 11, at about 7 p.m., my son (a 15-year-old boy) came into this place to buy 2 shawarma.
According to the description, the attendant was a girl with a haughty, displeased face and a snorting manner of communication.
The son suggested that, judging by such a cook, the shawarma might not be very good...
and this is a complete FAILURE!!! There are several layers of old hard pita bread, and inside there is a meager filling! Chicken was not felt from the word at all! CLASSIC shawarma stuffed with cabbage and Korean carrots + some pickles. My son also got a hair(((((
We just munched on dry pita bread with Korean carrots. Halfway through, my jaw hurt, and the miracle dish flew into the trash.
It's the worst thing you've ever seen!
Such personnel are definitely subject to dismissal!
P.S. And when the kid is working, the shawarma is always very tasty! He's a great guy!!!

Good evening !I would like to leave a review, today we rested in such a "wonderful " institution!we were passing by and decided to go in for a snack with the children, I ordered shawarma for myself and my mother, I wanted burgers, but the girl who served us said there was only one bun.Therefore, I ordered only a burger for my eldest daughter, French fries for my youngest daughter, and we were lucky that I decided to order a small portion.The potatoes looked like they were from yesterday and they were warmed or just fried, but it turned out that this was not the worst thing that could have happened.It took some time and I felt bad at the same time today, what I ate and there was this shawarma, after a while my mother felt bad!at the same time, when we ate this shawarma, I didn't like it even then, something was wrong with it!!!!I am a cook myself and I work in this field and I know how everything should be.There was a great desire to call the sanitary station and tell the situation so that people would not be bullied anymore!Now I am very worried about the children so that everything would be fine with them!I attach a photo of French fries, the child did not even finish it, the photo shows the condition of the potatoes, and it is clear that they are clearly not fries!!!!We paid the money and wanted to eat delicious!And as for the girl who took the order, it feels like she was unhappy with something, I don't like that!you are the service staff, you work with people, you need to be polite, I think so, I repeat, I work with people in the same field myself and I know what I'm talking about!

We visited this place three times this summer. The first 2 times the classic shawarma was sooo delicious, juicy, fragrant. My husband and I even decided that this was the best shawarma that we ate... (the girl cooked)
BUT!!! The other day we went back for a shawarma, and there was already a boy in the kitchen... (shift 13.07.2023)
We were extremely disappointed. There is not a trace of the former shawarma left. Cold and empty - it is simply impossible to cook worse (((
And the service by the waiter - boy is similar, the husband himself went to the cashier to pay and pick up the order, because it was impossible to wait. Although on other shifts there was a waitress girl who fluttered like a moth and was very attentive.
Conclusion and attention to the management!!!
Please note, your boys do not want to work and will disperse all your clients.

After visiting the Point B cafe in Gomel, I was disappointed with my experience. I will start with the positive aspects: the staff service was at a satisfactory level, the staff were polite and responsive. However, it was the only pleasant experience.
Let's move on to the interior of the institution, which left much to be desired. The design seemed outdated and did not add comfort, which is very important for the atmosphere of the cafe.
The most disappointing aspect of the visit was the quality of the food. The fries and wings I ordered were far from ideal. French fries, which should be crispy and golden, turned out to be overcooked, but at the same time surprisingly soft, with an excess of oil and a lack of salt. The wings that I expected to see in my order turned into chicken legs that have no taste.
In conclusion, I can say that “Point B” did not meet my expectations, and I do not recommend this place to those who appreciate high-quality food and a pleasant atmosphere. I hope the cafe management will take my comments into account and improve both the interior and the quality of the dishes.
