On the calendar, Monday 09.12 , at 21:23 we accepted the order , the expected delivery time was at 22:43 , but unfortunately we arrived at 23:10 , almost 30 minutes of delay , no one even contacted me that the delivery was delayed , an unpleasant fact of course , I took off one star for this , and so in the future I will give a second chance and I will take into account that on a weekday delivery can also be 2-2.5 hours

Excellent sushi, I liked it so much that I order only from them. Always fresh, delivery with a 30-minute run, but always on time. Sauces 10/10, especially spicy sauce. I definitely advise you to try sushi from them!

I usually don't leave negative reviews. I try to be understanding. But I decided to pay attention to this company anyway. It was March 7th. The day before (March 6) I made an order for the amount of 90 rubles. We discussed the time in advance: I was warned that the delivery would be between 13.10 and 13.40. Without waiting for my sushi, 40 minutes after the agreed time (at 2.20 pm), I called and asked where our courier was and how long to wait for him. It's a pre-holiday day, a lot of orders, okay, I understand. I received a reply and a vague apology: the courier HAS LEFT AND WILL BE with us within 30 minutes. Another 40 minutes passed, and no one answered my calls anymore. But the courier called and said that she had JUST PICKED up our order (at 14.45!) and would be there for another 30 minutes. It turns out that the girl who answered me earlier that the courier had left, simply DECEIVED me. There was no longer any faith that we would receive sushi in 30 minutes, so we refused the order.
As a result, we got a spoiled holiday and mood. I do not understand how an order that was made IN a DAY could not reach us. Well, it's quite a shame nowadays to deceive customers! Be honest with your customers and then they will most likely get into the situation and not spoil the statistics with negative reviews.

Delicious sushi. We took a set at a discount on cream, I really liked it. Everything is fresh, there are a lot of fish, ginger, soy sauce and wasabi were put in. The only negative was picked up by pickup, the Nekrasovsky shopping center was closed and we had to wait for the order at the door.

The order was placed through cream. The operator called back within 5 minutes. We have made additional orders for drinks. When they announced how long the delivery would take, we were just blown away! 3 hours! This is the first time we've encountered this. The girl promised that they would try to bring it faster) and really tried) bring it earlier than the stated time, which we were glad about! I have to say, the wait was worth it. All sushi is fresh, neat and most importantly DELICIOUS! We will be happy to order here again!

An hour later, we called the call center to find out at what stage our order was, and it turned out that the order was NOT ISSUED. They offered to place an order via phone and wait another 1.5-2 hours for delivery. Just maximum frustration with the service and the site. Why make it possible to order through a website if you have a curve?

Judging by the reviews, no one has ordered since April, it's funny. I was looking for a spouse on cream according to reviews, I chose the supposedly best, it's funny. Set number 8, like 5 types, with perch wherever it went to taste, but not in appearance, some kind of overcooked and strange rice, as if they were made from our native Belarusian, having previously cooked porridge for themselves, digested, stuck together, decided not to eat and sculpt this mess.
All their shit falls apart when you try to get it out of the box, you take out a part, the second part is glued to the bottom, what's left between the sticks falls apart, it doesn't taste so good either. Salmon is not tasty, cucumbers and avocados were regretted, they piled a lot of smelly cheese, wasabi made of powder, the consistency of sand and clay, ginger is dry, even if they gave it a bonus, but it would be better not to give it.
I threw a ball for the sticks and packaging, it's cool.

Strange service and ratings, maybe just unlucky. Favorite sushi in Minsk, and in general, to be honest. Perfect!
They are very tasty. The portions are decent. The guys don't skimp on fish. The products are always fresh and of good quality. For three years now, I have been regularly ordering delivery only from them, and sushi always pleases the eye with a thick layer of good fresh fish, neat assembly, and voluminous portions. The service is also beyond praise. I highly recommend it. Various kinds of popular sushi (such as "Planet Sushi", etc.) simply did not stand nearby.

Ordered for the first time. Disgusting sushi! The stench is terrible! I had to ventilate the apartment. They look terrible too, they don't match the photos! Two soy sauces were not reported!
