Great gym. I was in almost all gyms in Gomel. The price per lesson is acceptable, given the size of the room with exercise equipment, locker rooms and showers (subscriptions are beneficial if you carry out meticulous calculations). Friendly administrators and coaches/instructors. For me, it's a big plus to go to the sauna after training, I really appreciated this option only here, in the seven on Volotov, you still need to pay extra for this opportunity. The location is convenient, given the fact that I do not know in which part of the city I will end up on the day of training, you can get to the gym without problems both by car and probably by public transport. I recommend the gym to all my friends. I came across the opinion that it is cheaper in Adrenaline, why pay more, Adrenaline on Gagarin in the Secret shopping center 200 meters from Tonus. I answer everyone: except for the price, there are no more advantages, if you are pressed for money and the inner Self will not allow you to give up training for a while, you can get through with Adrenaline, but if you can pay extra for Your comfort, in that case I recommend Tone.

Once there was a good hall, with, at that time, relatively new equipment and acceptable visiting conditions. At the moment, all the simulators are worn out and aged. There are treadmills that do not work, there are those that do not work correctly (the speed is not set correctly and even, at a running speed of 16 + km / h, failures occur, and the track simply avoids). This can lead to serious injury. No one diagnoses the equipment in any way and no one can fix any problems. Since the end of October, the sauna has been closed (perhaps what favourably distinguished this hall from others in Gomel), nevertheless, the cost of the subscription has not decreased, but remains, without explanation, the same, as if visitors can continue to use that sauna. Moreover, without notifying anyone in any way, they unilaterally revised the rules for the expiration date of the subscription (from 12 classes in 2 months to 12 classes in 45 days. ) There are several questions and complaints here:
1) Why is this not informed in any way, but put in front of the fact
2) Aren't the limits too tight for visitors
3) If there is no sauna, then why is the price the same as if the sauna can be used?
Another inconvenience is that they are absolutely not comfortable, I would say that they are just stupid closets for things in the locker room. How could you buy such things at all?! Winter clothes generally somehow manage to fit there. The attitude towards visitors has slipped to NOTHING at all. What used to be some advantages is now difficult to call advantages. I think that it is worth constantly paying attention to the management of this club. Because under the current circumstances, visiting this hall with such conditions and using such means is becoming unwise. Among the many visitors to this hall, I have heard exactly such opinions many times already.

The hall is excellent, there is a lot of space, a variety of equipment, a very large cardi zone.
Well, the disadvantages, as usual in our country, are related to the service, the ladies at the reception are sitting with faces like they are launching rockets into space, and here you come and distract. The cleaners can break into the locker room and they don't care if you're in your underwear or not. Therefore, if you want to get a unique training experience in a modern gym, and with service in the best traditions of the scoop, then you will not wish to go.

A great fitness club. Lots of space. A large cardio zone. There are enough simulators and good ones, which are rarely found in Gomel. The locker room is spacious. Cocktails, coffee, tea and more are on sale. There are always free parking spaces.
A little bit about what I didn't like.
1. There are double lockers in the locker room, which is still normal for summer, but not enough for winter, especially if you have a long coat or jacket. It would be possible to put a hanger with hangers instead of those lockers that stand at the beginning.
2. It seems to me that there are not enough pancakes in the hall, often you have to collect them from other places.
3. It would also be nice to purchase non-collapsible rods of various weights.

The sauna has been turned off and they don't even say whether they will turn it on. They say this is a bonus for you, actually. On weekday evenings, you can't get through either the locker room or the gym.

Requests to turn on the air conditioners are either ignored by the administrators, or they respond with a lie: "they forgot / did not know / we will turn it on now" after which they continue to ignore. Tonus has recently moved to new premises. There is much more space in the gym, there is a second room for group classes, a large cardio room. There are more exercise machines, dumbbells, etc. It has become more comfortable to practice. A large reception, spacious changing rooms, a sauna remained (it does not work on all days in summer). There is a massage, something from the spa, etc. The price tag has not changed yet, i.e. it has remained quite comfortable. Of the cons: there is no sign at the entrance, and there is not one entrance in the building (I hope this will be fixed quickly), and the hood in the locker room does not work (at temperatures above +30 ° - so much fun)
P.s. another small drawback is that there are three sets of hooks for five showers in the shower, it seems to me, It is not so difficult to allocate a couple of rubles and make hooks for each soul.
In general, new premises are much more promising for business development and creating comfort for customers. It's just that some points need to be finalized.
