We did engine repairs and fuel system repairs at Renault Scenic in this service, after that we drove almost 10 thousand km - everything is fine. I will describe it in more detail, for those who are looking for a good service for their cars. We signed up in advance, brought our car in a tow truck, something was pounding very hard in the engine at that moment. They accepted us, issued us a contract, listened to us in 10-15 minutes and passed a verdict on engine repair, I was already ready for this in advance... The repair with the delivery time of spare parts lasted about 5 days. I was here again yesterday for an oil change, called the day before, signed up and ordered a filter. The service is good. Thanks to the masters! All the staff are polite and friendly.

I strictly do not recommend this service station if you do not care about the repair price and what spare parts you are supplied with. They take absolutely any job from oil change to automatic transmission repair. The receptionists communicate very politely, but they do not want to let the locksmiths into the box to look at the work. You will be pleasantly surprised how they communicate with you, but the price tag is just 2.5 times more than at other service stations. I went to him for an average amount of work. The sums come out cosmic. There is no standard price as such, they round everything up to some round amounts of 50, 170 rubles. The last thing that happened was I was changing the discs and pads around. We agreed that they would buy it themselves, TRW, ATE or Brembo. The prices, respectively, indicated in the order order approximately how they cost, maybe 10% more. I think it's okay, but you don't have to look for it yourself and go pick it up. When I took the car, the pads were smeared with white grease around, I think okay, they probably put it like that here. I ask the receptionist what they delivered. He says in front of the Blue Print, there was nothing else, there was "something German" in the back. Well, I think okay, ATE or TEXTAR is fine, Blue Print still didn't go anywhere. The receptionist also says that we do not supply China, only tested ones. As a result, I drove 1000 km, today I went to change the oil. At the same time, they threw off the wheel to see what was worth it. In front of the Stellox pads, I look at the catalog for 25 rubles (they took 95). The rear - Patron according to the catalog of the pads is 15 rubles, the disc is 40. That is, for less than 100 rubles, and in the order of the outfit we agreed on 260. They put China instead of the agreed normal manufacturers, and took the price more than the original.

I called here by a lucky chance and was pleasantly surprised when I was offered to diagnose the chassis completely free of charge. Most of all, I liked that the repairmen speak clearly and to the point, do not shake out extra money and do not come up with any unnecessary work. The cost of the battery at retail is 230 rubles, it was delivered for 450 without taking into account the cost of installation. There was no clear answer from the management of the service as to why this happened. Cashing in on people's trust is disgusting!

There was a difficulty with my car – a rather loud knock in the front. I had to go to the nearest station. I thought it was a problem with the shock absorbers, but I wanted to make sure and diagnose it. It turned out that I was wrong, it wasn't the shock absorbers, but the silent block. After his replacement, the knock immediately passed and it was possible to drive normally again. Separately, I note that the master immediately identified the problem and did not even try to sell me something or increase the cost - only what needed to be replaced. I "got acquainted" with this car service recently when I came to replace the oil at Volkswagen Touareg. It took +- two hours for all the work. I didn't go anywhere, I was in the service. Fortunately, there is a very comfortable waiting room with online broadcast of repairs and wi-fi! They even gave me coffee. As a result, everything was changed, I was satisfied.
