On my call with an explanation of the problem, the dispatcher girl promised that she would definitely be with me! the manager will contact you and solve the problem. The door was brought on 30.09.23. At the time of the recall, it was already 02.11.2023. The manager does not call. For each of my calls (not frequent, I don't like to bother), the same answer is: "The manager will definitely call you back." The 3rd month is coming! It turns out that the office simply does not care about its customers. The money is received, the goods are shipped, no matter what quality, and then we don't care about your problems. In the coming days, if I do not respond, I will contact the Consumer Protection Society. I do not recommend this counter! I put 2 stars only for delivery on time. P.s. Yes, and I would like to wish the management to teach dispatchers, or whoever you have answering the phone, to introduce themselves and call the name of the organization, and not just answer "yes, hello", after all, a legal person after all!

Horror! The maintenance service is not lame, but it simply does not exist! As soon as you make the payment for the order, you are no longer interesting as a customer. If you are ready to spend your time from the moment of ordering to installation and get a number of negative emotions, order from the company tdpro.by .One star only for the fact that the window was installed after all. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Есть парикмахерская, всё для праздника, фото,хоз товары,зоо товары, ремонт одежды,садовые товары, цветочный,концел товары. График с 10 до 19. На твердую троечку. Часто нужные павельены закрыты вовсе или закрываются раньше.

Вешают лапшу по срокам, вообще не парятся за свою репутацию, типичная шарашкина контора, не стоит связыватся

Хороший магазин. По телефону всегда можно узнать что интересует. Покупал у них двери в гараж. Цена и качество понравились. Да и продавец объяснил на что лучше обращать внимание.
