This barbershop gave me the best master ❤️ Initially, I cut my hair from my barber friend for about a year +, after which I saw an advertisement in the insta that this network employs girls with short haircuts. I decided to come here. I liked it and decided to come here. The craftsmen are excellent. I've been here 3-4 times. The last time, the girl seemed to be in a bad mood.. Although she asked me to sign up for specific masters, if possible, either to that one, or to that girl.. However, they apparently did not work that day and signed up for a free master. I met my barber by chance in another place and now I work only with her. The salon is really cool. Admins ❤

The beard was made terribly. Firstly, the chair was not laid out, he sat like a caterpillar, his neck and back hurt. They were leveled for a dry beard . They didn't wet it or smooth it out, but it curls a little. As a result, it is crooked, oblique. Not straight, the hair sticks out like antennae. After this visit, I went to another salon to fix it. There was a discount as a young specialist, but even that is not worth it. This is the first time I've encountered this, and to be honest, it's not a pleasant feeling at all.

There were no comments from the administrators and Barber, who cuts this representative of the human race. I couldn't make an appointment for beard modeling When calling, the administrator did not even introduce herself, but simply said "hello barbershop", I had to clarify how I can contact this citizen. The girl did not ask any questions, she had to "squeeze out" information about the recording time and the masters on her own, to which the administrator, with a tired sigh, apparently, slowly began to tell. At a time convenient for me, there was no free master, I had to INDEPENDENTLY clarify for what time there is a free entry + whether there is free time for the time I am interested in, only at another point in the shop itself. To which the administrator replied with a slow sigh that there were no free entries at all. Also, I want to add (to clarify the situation) after I had to "squeeze out" the name of this "client-oriented administrator", the girl replied that her name was "Anastasia", I began to call her "Svetlana" because I was communicating on the street and a cool autumn breeze was blowing, apparently after that, the administrator was offended and simply refused in the service. In addition to this, there is a price variation on the site from 30 to 45 BYN for beard modeling, and even this I had to clarify on my own why there is such a price discrepancy. conclusion: It is very urgent to have a conversation with the administrator of Anastasia on client orientation and stress tolerance, because the service was refused. With all due respect!! When a client calls any institution to be provided with a service for which he provides a monetary reward, the administrator PERSONALLY needs to AT LEAST PRESENT himself and IDENTIFY the NEEDS of the client, he (the client) should not squeeze information from the administrator himself + if there is no convenient time for the client, offer an alternative option. At this moment barber turned for the first time and the first impression is torn and sad lies in the trash, I NEVER CONTACT HERE AGAIN AND IN CASE OF QUESTIONS FROM ACQUAINTANCES, FRIENDS, ETC., I WILL LET WORD OF MOUTH ABOUT THE "HIGH-QUALITY SERVICES" OF THIS nedabarber.

Everyone go. Evening, wind, wet T-shirt on shoulders and back. We came home, the hair dried up and what we see is unwashed from detergents and the look of greasy dirty hair. I went to wash myself, I can't go on September 1 with a dirty look of hair. Then I went to ask the "master" what kind of hair balm - he has no idea, the "master" asked the receptionist, she also does not know, but she can cook coffee - well done. 1 star for coffee For 2 days, no one reacted.
