The location is convenient, in the center. The meat is beyond praise, the salads are very good. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful. The music is lively, but not annoying. It is better to book a place in advance. The price tag is democratic.

Overall, it's not a bad place, but the last time I took my mother there, I found out that it was still spoiled. The dishes don't taste great, the waiters aren't particularly friendly, but the highlight was made by a cockroach, which shouldn't be in catering establishments. Of course, we didn't raise a panic, mom dealt with it on her own, but it was unpleasant and the evening was ruined, and after that I don't want to eat there at all.

Watery rib eye with the structure of a shower sponge, crumbles when chewed. Pickled, most likely. Butter on top, which is not very good. But the roast beef salad was pleased with the volume, although it was not pleased with the vinegar flavor. Either from the vinegar itself, or from the "balsamic." It is in quotation marks, because properly aged balsamic vinegar does not smell like regular apple cider vinegar.
The service is good, fast, the atmosphere is pleasant, plus two stars for that.

We were in Bishkek on 07.08, on the last day we decided to have dinner in Toro.
I can say that the reviews below do not lie: the food is a bomb, I ordered Filet Mignon "medium". The roasting is 100%, the meat is excellent. Very tasty salads (they took warm with beef and "fresh"). The portions are VERY large, the steak is 350 grams approximately at the exit, the chicken kebab is also about 300. (Evaluate your appetite))
A huge bread basket.
In general, an excellent steakhouse, a pleasant atmosphere, good service - I recommend it to all meat lovers.

Good service and alcohol, the dishes were good ribs. I ordered juice, the menu shows 1 position for 130 som "glass". For some reason, the waitress brought a whole carafe and instead of replacing it, she simply left with the comment "I did not understand correctly" The beef kebab is tasteless and rubbery, it is simply not possible to eat without sauce, ordered a strudel, brought a cold cracker that lay judging by the hardness at least a month..I pointed this out to the waitress, to which I received the answer "we serve this way", I could have admitted the mistake and removed the strudel from the bill, but no, I had to pay full price.

There are no hostesses here, no one greets you, you catch the staff themselves, the waiters are completely untrained, rude, impudent, talk, and even gossip in front of visitors. We ordered a steak. One grill is like rubber, the second one was brought raw, on which even butter does not melt! The waiter was called, the situation was explained and the dishes were shown, instead of apologizing, he began to argue and sputter to prove that this is how it should be. I understand that this provincial old town is not Moscow or New York, but in 2025 there must be some standards and a high level of service in restaurants! There's just a hole here. For some reason, out of 8 times, 5 times he was carried for longer than 50 minutes. Once, they brought it for 2 hours in general, when we had already sat with the company, we had already received everything and proved it 2 times, we were tired of sitting and went on. And then they bring it to me in a hurry... In short, except for tuna, then 5 points, you will be satisfied.

But no, it has such a vile menthol syrup in it that Tantum Verde will envy. The second star is purely for the fact that the family liked the fondue, but I don't eat it, so it's difficult for me to evaluate.

Everything is very tasty, but, in my opinion, the portions are too large. Therefore, my advice is not to order a lot of things at once, but one dish at a time. Due to the fact that we were hungry and ordered several snacks "on the table", there was a lot of food left.
I especially liked the liver kebab and spicy sausages.
I didn't really like the grilled vegetables (side dish) - they were too damp.

The place is too overpriced. The interior and location are only good if they are. However, it is very, very cold. And the plaid was never brought. For some unknown reason, there are a lot of people. Literally all the tables are occupied. Log cabin tables are beautiful but as uncomfortable as possible. Everyone is crowded and there is not enough space. It is very noisy and they save on lighting, waiters and heating. The cocktails were brought as diluted as possible. And the steaks were brought absolutely cold - they obviously stood after cooking for at least 30 minutes. It's a shame that the price tag is clearly too high and the institution positions itself above average. Frozen garlic butter and stale bread. Damn, and it's very, very cold.

not a bad beer, unfortunately there was no cocktail, juice, water and a drop of tequila.
the meat is delicious, the rib eye is served in a large piece, weighing probably about 0.5 kg.
the interior is modern and interesting, but even at +5 it was cold outside in a T-shirt in the establishment, there are no blankets on the sofas.
the check for two came out at 4,500, but we did not know that the portions of meat would be so huge, we ate with difficulty, you can take one whole steak for two.
