Sellers are rude and lie, deceive about the freshness of the cakes. We bought several times trusting the words of the sellers and later it turned out that the cakes were old, they had been lying for several days. Last time we came on January 29, 2022 and wanted to buy 4 pieces of Kiev cake. There were two Kiev cakes on display in the freezer. One whole uncut and the second in pieces of 4 pieces. Through the glass of the freezer, it is clearly visible that the one that is old in pieces, the cakes are dry, the cream does not look like cream. We already know what their fresh Kiev cake looks like and what their old Kiev cake looks like (we already bought it and had to throw it away). Despite the fact that it is in the freezer, it still dries. We asked to cut 4 pieces from a new, whole cake. The saleswoman refused in a very rude tone. She continued to push (cheat) hard the Kiev one, which is old in pieces. We didn't buy anything, turned around and left. As for the other cakes: * honey cake with walnuts (previously bought) turned out to be very dry, as if we were eating breadcrumbs * a cake called "tender" is sprinkled with coconut chips on top - it was taken several times. The time when they just took it out of the workshop (right fresh) it was delicious, the other two times when they took it off the shelf - it was slimy (the cake is almost spoiled and slimy). * lemongrass - they took it from the shelf - the saleswoman claimed that it was fresh - it turned out to be very dry. * bird's milk - it doesn't look like "bird's milk" at all, it's just some kind of mass without any taste. *cottage cheese on top of bizet is also the same situation as with the "tender" cake We wanted to believe that it would be fresher, but, unfortunately, we only spent money ;((( This is the opinion not only of the two of us, but also of all relatives, including parents. Parents, like us, really dislike the attitude of saleswomen (and younger girls too) to customers. The younger girls of the schoolgirls of the saleswoman lie blindly about the freshness of the cakes. We have been eating and eating cakes in different countries of the world for many years and figure out where the fresh cake is and where it is not. The choice is yours, but we have no desire to go to this pastry shop.

We bought it 3 times , everything was fine , but they probably wanted to sell the spoiled one first and then everything is fresh . It 's a pity that people have no conscience .
